Für 3-4 Tage okay - kein „klassischer“ Malediven-Urlaub
Pros:

Das Personal war äußerst freundlich, geduldig und kompetent. Das Bett war weich und es war alles sehr nah (Zimmer - Restaurant(s) - Strand…). Trotz kleiner Insel verläuft es sich gut und es gibt überall Platz für Liegen am Strand + Plätze in Restaurants. Die Ausflüge können an der Rezeption gebucht werden und alles funktioniert reibungslos- Sehr organisiert! Das Essen ist sehr lecker.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist eher „einfach“ gehalten, z.B. gibt es keinen Kleiderschrank oder Fenster für Frischluft. Die Liegen sind aus Plastik und eher alt, einige leider kaputt - man liegt unbequem.
All Inclusive ist (entgegen vieler Kommentare) wirklich all inclusive - jedoch: man muss innerhalb der „Essenszeiten“ essen und trinken bestellen. Zumindest gratis Wasser (jederzeit!) wäre toll gewesen.
Frühstück war das Einzige wirklich Enttäuschende - jeden Tag die selbe Auswahl - für Europäer eher eine „Mittagsauswahl“ als Frühstück, als Buffet.

A value stay with good location, comfortable/clean rooms, and warm service
Pros:

The service was impeccable with their friendly manager, Irusham, helping to fetch us and carry our luggages from the jetty using a buggy at the moment of our arrival. At arrival, we then had some welcome drinks to hydrate before the check-in process via one of their warm receptionist, Linda. They have a dedicated Whatsapp line too to for us to ask/request anything throughout our stay which makes communication seamless, without needing to go to the reception every time. Also, when the public ferry was cancelled on our checkout day, Irusham/Linda made sure to find alternative ways to get us to our next stop and waited with us at the jetty until our departure. We are forever grateful to them for this.

In terms of location, Nala Veli is very close to the bikini beach so it's really a good spot if you plan to go there often for sunbathing/water activities. There's also restaurants nearby for you to grab something to eat/drink.

When it comes to rooms, they were clean and well taken care of. Same goes to the toilets, coupled with awesome water pressure/temperature for the showers.

Cons:

Unfortunately, just beside Nala Veli, there are some new building construction ongoing so that would lead to some noise (it's not too bad but it's still there) as well as debris/dust/water flowing down the construction structure's roof.

For the snorkeling trip which we booked via them, this was cancelled around 15 mins before the departure time, which was pretty last minute in our opinion. Would appreciate if the team could at least let us know 1 hour before so that we do not have everything prepared and then finally finding out we need to change outfits and our plans all of a sudden. But that said, we understand if the cancellations really are last minute due to the sudden bad weather change.

The staff was really nice. I was clean and new.

Cons:

The all inclusive wasn’t really all inclusive, as there wasn’t free sodas, snacks etc. We got 3 meals a day with one drink.
There was a lot of noise from the building next door.

Awesome beach and we loved the sand bar and manta ray experience.
Pros:

Everyone was lovely very kind and helpful. We had a lovely stay. Irsham took us around the island and all the staff as well as the restaurant staff was more than helpful.

Delicious food, lovely location!
Pros:

What a lovely place to stay! Great food, really friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable room, and very clean. Especially recommend their burgers, the bread is SO fresh and well made.

Cons:

The air conditioning was poor, even at 16 degrees, the room wasn't getting very cold

Pros:

The performance hotel stuff so good. They are kind, helpfull, and have a good initiative to serve us better. We are happy stayed on there. The kitchen stuff, server also good. They are willing to served well and the taste of foods also nice.

Facility not so much perfect, there is no elevator

Amazing staff but avarage rooms.
Pros:

The staff !
They are amazing and they do their best to accommodate your requests.
They are so kind.

Cons:

The room we got given was in another building.
We did not like it. They offered a room in the building where the actual reception is ( that is the main building ) but the room had no balcony.
However some room does have this.
As you can understand this is a beach holiday and you end up in wet beach clothes hence you need an area to dry up these.
