Pros:

Staff was super friendly, really nice room with a super comfy bed. Atmosphere is really cozy overall. As they had a room available they let me check in early. The first tine I got a fair exchange rate from USD to local currency.

Cons:

Communication with them beforehand was neaely impossible via whatsapp and booking app. This also leads to the fact, that no one was aware of my arrival in the early morning, so no pickup for example. Also communication about speedboats was hard and luckily when I arrived there was still a seat available to book for the next day but most likely because I was alone.
Wifi was definitely not the most realiable one.

Not very tourist friendly Island but well looked after at the hotel
Pros:

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, the waiter in the restaurant area was amazing and nothing was to much to ask, as was the manager they made our stay more comfortable.

Cons:

The noise of the air conditioning and blowing in our faces kept us awake..
also from all the Islands we have stayed in the Maldives over the years, we felt like tourists were not very welcomed by local people, and we were lied to over food and drinks at a local hotel restaurant Isla Retreat where we ended up walking out as the food was inedible, and they did not charge us after the lies had been confirmed by the owner we will not return to Fenhendoo very sad and disappointing part of our holiday 😔

一切都还可以，只是入住期间，我想去旁边的岛参观一天，让酒店人员帮忙订一个船，虽然是我一个人，但是两个岛不到十分钟的距离，然后费用是大概70美金，这个价格让我无法理解，因为时间原因，我只能接受这个价格，但是让我心里很不舒服。

设施很好，装修硬件等都很好，性价比很高。酒店工作人员也都很热情的接待。

Cons:

入住期间洗澡水一直是凉的，告诉酒店人员，也并没有给我解决，我四天都是用洗脸池的水洗的澡。

The atmosphere is wonderfully intimate, the staff are truly amazing and incredibly kind, and the place itself has such a unique charm. The food is authentic and absolutely delicious. We also highly recommend the excursions – seeing manta rays is an unforgettable experience. Our warm thanks go to the gentlemen who took care of us; we already miss you! Hopefully, we’ll see you again soon.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Their professionalism and positive attitude stood out and made the stay more pleasant. • The menu was very limited, with many dishes unavailable during my stay.
• Beverage options were extremely restricted — only water was available, with no soft drinks or fresh juices offered.
• When I requested a coconut, it was provided, but at double the price compared to other resorts in the Maldives, which gave the impression that the focus was more on profit than guest satisfaction.
• Unfortunately, the overall condition of the island was disappointing. There was visible garbage and plastic waste scattered around, including on the beach, which was quite small and not well maintained.
• During a fishing trip organized by the hotel, I was disheartened to witness the guide throwing a plastic bag into the ocean — an action completely contrary to the environmental standards one would expect, especially in such a unique and delicate ecosystem.
