Property Description

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. For long-term stay for more than 30 days, we will collect a CASH DEPOSIT of RM 300. The deposit is refundable if there is nothing broken or lost in our room.
For long term stay (7 days above), there would be NO DAILY room cleaning service.
Please take note that there will be a COMPULSORY cleaning RM20/week/cleaning extra charges upon check in and for cleaning 1 week 1 time only
7 days stay= RM20 (cleaning fee* 1 week)
15 days stay= RM40 (cleaning fee* 2 week)
21 days stay= RM60 (cleaning fee* 3 weeks)
30 days stay=Rm80 (cleaning fee* 4 weeks)
90 days stay= FOC (cleaning fee* 12 weeks)

15 days stay=RM50 (air-conditioner fee* 2 week)
21 days stay=RM75 (air-conditioner fee* 3 weeks)

If you not agreed with the above charges, you may request cancellation for free.
Please be informed, we will not proceed the check-in process if you not pay the extra fees when you arrive at our hotel counter. Thanks!Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
