We have stayed here multiple times. It is clean and comfortable.

comfortable, good value for price
Pros:

The kitchenette was exactly what I needed, having a fridge in thrat climate is a plus plus plus, air conditioning very good, comfortable and clean room

Cons:

The place is downtown, so it is very noisy until 9 or 10 pm. It was christmas time, though, so it may be better at other times of the year

Lo que le llaman bungalows son un par de cuartos súper sencillos y hay demasiado ruido afuera, la alberca demasiado chica y muy fría, el internet es deficiente

La habitación huele a humedad, súper ruidoso, todo el ruido de afuera se oye dentro de la habitación, sumando gente escandalosa a altas horas de la madrugada. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Find some other place to stay while visiting San Blas

Nothing at all. I had a very bad stay.

Cons:

Weakest wi-fi you can think of - I couldn't maintain a secure wi-fi connection for more than 3-4 minutes at a time. Room switch didn't help either. My request to charge for 1 night of stay and let me check out / refund the payments was declined by the owner. Air conditioner drain lined routed into the room shower dripping constantly. The bed was worn so much, just stting on the matress compressed and hit the bed frame. (I took pictures as people wouldn't believe the condition of this place). No drinking water - water dispenser seemed to have been empty for a while by the looks of dust collected on it. Just horrible.

Nothing false advertising should be taken off booking.com for fraud.

Cons:

Room was not what we booked and wasn't even on site but a block down the street with steel gated doors. Not safe it would have been better to sleep in our rental vehicle in the secured parking area. When we asked was told this is what we booked and it should have said so in the email that confirmed our reservation. We asked to be put in the room we had booked but we're told that the hotel was full what a joke it was totally empty when we walked in to the hotel to check in... Would never stay there don't waste your time... please remove from booking.com
