my first and the last
Pros:

Got nearby Mart and Restaurants..
The Room quite spacious.
TV is big one.
AC worked very well.
Tidy and clean.
Modern Design.

Cons:

The kettle is not clean (inner part)
Lift is not working from the nite time until check out.
TV channel... Ok la..
too far from the center spot of Sibu Town

It was a nightmare！
Pros:

Plenty of parking spaces. Also close to the city center.

Cons:

I paid nearly rm300 for one night. Even the basic teacups weren't cleaned properly; they were covered in grime. It was nauseating to look at. The air conditioning not cooling at all. The pillowcases had holes, yet they still gave them to guests. The shower drains weren't cleaned or unclogged regularly; there was a huge pool of water when showering. The bath mats had two or three stains, yet they were still left hanging for guests to use. The hairdryer's settings were broken, but they didn't replace it. The soundproofing was terrible; cars driving by woke me up in the middle of the night. The hotel quality has plummeted. I'd rather pay a similar price and stay at the Kingwood.

you can hear people shower in next door, the hairdryer is not working and some of the plugs is barely working. And one more thing the toilet door is connecting I kinda didn’t like it

It was a perfect, short get-away. Would definitely be back!
Pros:

I loved that our room (1007) was so clean, the staffs were very friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect. The mall and food court nearby were so convenient.

Cons:

I was a little uncomfortable with the tub area being covered only with a blind. Passersby could still see you when they are stucked in a traffic jam 😅 maybe covering the whole wall properly would be nicer.

Great location
Pros:

Strategic location,lots of eateries and shops within walking distance.plenty of free parkings and easy access to anywhere in sibu using grab

Cons:

-Can get noisy as the room is not soundproof.i can hear the tv sound from next room and peope walking and talking outside from the room.
-the toilet smell like urine when i first enter and i need to clean it myself to remove the smell.
