Dirty, under the bed wasnt clean.
It is very convenient to eateries and groceries
Their water current in the shower area is supper small and slow. If you increase the temperature heater, the water will flow even little. Besides, I have a very terrible experience on their maintenance service arrangement. There was one night I went back to the hotel and realise there was no water supply. Quickly I contacted the receptionist. They replied, there is a scheduled maintenance for plumbing system at 10.00pm till 12:00am and they have informed the guest by putting up the notice at the lift. I wasn’t aware on the notice but I wonder why is the timing of the maintenance is being scheduled at such odd hour where all the guest are mainly back to the hotel.
Since I missed out the notice. I waited till 12:00am and the water supply came back. So I plan to shower since there is no further notice that the maintenance service will continue later and water supply is back to normal.
Half way through, the water supply got stopped again. What’s bad, I was in the middle of the shower. Quickly I called the receptionist, and they told me that the maintenance service has to be continue and they do not know what time it is gonna finish.
The receptionist told me he will check for me what time the maintenance gonna end and get back to me on the time. But at the end, I receive no news or call back from anyone. Such disappointment.
It is weird to arrange maintenance at such odd hour. Yet, there is no contingency plan for your guest if the issue cannot be fix and have any further notice to your guest where the maintenance needed to be extended. Lastly. The follow up service from your staff is down the drain.
