Terrible stay
Pros:

Maybe the location and daily cleaning

Cons:

Rooms are outdated. Firstly they gave me a room card which is malfunctioned. Wifi is extremely weak if your room is at the end of the corridor. Moreover, staff is not really friendly at all. There is no breakfast available and the lift is very narrow and slow. Also, durians and some other fruits are banned inside the hotel.

Pros:

Location near night food market. Town centre walkable. Staff friendly and helpful Decent clean building and room.

Cons:

A few things need fixing. Shower water needs running before hot water appears.

Cons:

Purtroppo l ambiente non era profumato e c'erano residui di odore di fumo.... Qualcuno probabilmente nn aveva rispettato il divieto.
Gli ambienti però andrebbero aerati e profumati

Pros:

Molto carino, ben arredato e pulito, dotato di ogni comfort, dai prodotti da bagno al bollitore e i caffè solubili. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, la hall è presidiata giorno e notte.

Cons:

La posizione non è delle migliori, il quartiere è rumoroso e abbastanza degradato e la notte sul marciapiede fuori l’hotel dormono i senzatetto

No mirror, aircon not good, water heater is not warm, room too small its noisy from the outside and the first room they assigned smell cigarette. No netflix and you tube. Lobby is hot i dont think it has an aircon! A bit far from the airport

great hotel, excellent services, most helpful staff
Pros:

Accommodation was excellent; room large and super clean. Location was also excellent. Staff was simply extraoridnary: I rarely got such incredible service: my thanks are due to all of them, especially Chen.
