Pros:

It's close to the Regency Speciallist Hospital. Key card for door worked smoothlt, AC cooling was decent, clean overall.

Cons:

Because your website indicated that there is provate parking available but needs to be reserved, i messaged them about it and got a one word "NO". Later I messaged again to say that I was checking in one day late and was told when checking in by the same "NO" guy that I was lucky they still had a room for me and he hadn't seen my 2nd message. Bedding had a faint stale smell.
