Great, artsy boutique hotel with amazing staff

I am SO pleased we stayed at Acqua - the best experience ever. The staff is what I’d like to see everywhere - helpful, simply nice, always making sure we are enjoying the stay. The location is lovely, with lots of small cafés, yummy restaurants and shops nearby, and it’s a short walk to the center. With the hotel’s artsy vibe - there is lots of cool spots for the photos or just to sit and chill. The breakfast was a nice surprise, too - we stayed long enough to try it all - a small menu with 8 dishes plus cereal, joghurt, bread, fruit, coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate, etc The pool area was nice, clean and comfortable, too. Thank you so much!

Cons:

Nothing too important, but in the season of nearby tree seeding - it would be great to have the pool ready from the moment it is open. You won’t fight the nature and I love the trees, just a small suggestion :)

Everything was great - excellent location (quiet place, right in the centre, in the nicest street for walking), very spacious room, extra large confortable bed, nice interior, delicious breakfast and amazing staff!Pablo and Emanuel were extremely helpful during our stay.We had to check out around 06:00 am, Pablo and Emanuel made our take away breakfast even it was so early (not breakfast time), they prepared fresh warm croissants, delicious sliced fruit and coffees!We will definitely come back and recommend Acqua in Bocca to our friends!

Schönes Hotel mit top Lage - gerne wieder.

Top Lage - direkt im Zentrum, Hauptplatz in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Must stay if in Merida
Pros:

This accommodation is fantastic. The location is great, on the main tourist street just a short walk to the main square.
Our room was massive and we had a huge private terrace area too. Everything in the room was perfect and the attention to detail in the whole property was great.
Final word to the staff. Everyone was superb and could not have done more, super friendly and always smiling.
The breakfast was comprehensive and very tasty.
