One of the very best hotels we’ve ever stayed at.

Our room was ginormous with everything you could ever need and more.

We loved having access to the balcony that overlooked the pool, the super comfy luxury bed, the constant supply of bottled water, and the practical travellers luggage shelves and spaces.

The team couldn’t do enough for you - especially at breakfast where we enjoyed a delicious meal every morning.

Location was spot on as well.

Can’t find a single thing to fault. Perfect for Merida.

We had a great time at Acqua in Bocca! The hotel is well located on Calle 60 and it was easy to walk to many of the key sights in Centro. The breakfast was good and convenient. Helpful and friendly staff. I would stay here again.

The hotel isquaint, comfortable and calme, with nice lounging areas and a really noce pool area. We really liked that it had shade which allowed us to go swim comfortably at anytime of day. The staff was always friendly, attentive and helpful. A special thank you to Adriana, Kevin, Pablo and Isabella for taking good care of us during our stay!
The owner Gino is super nice and friendly! He lent a little car to our two year old daughter so she could ride around the hotel, she loved it!
We absolutely loved the breakfasts and the opportunity to have drinkable water and coffee at anytime of day. Our room was also very nice and comfortable. Really cool italian style shower and they set up a baby bed for our daughter before our arrival. The hotel is located in the centro so we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. Oh yes, and giving us access to a free parking for our car was really appreciated! We absolutely loved our experience here and recommend 1000%!

Location is great; right in one of the main thoroughfares of the city. Can easily walk to the main plaza, surrounding restaurants and shops. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was suitable for what was on offer.

Cet hôtel est magnifique, des chambres et salle de bain très grandes, le petit plus quand vous faites un road trip un dressing immense qui permet d'ouvrir les valises sans les defaire.Le personnel est au petit soin pour vous, le propriétaire de l'hôtel est français et très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et d'une belle qualité. Situé dans le centre de Merida nous avons d'abord trouvé une place gratuite à 50 m de l'hôtel. Puis un parking payant car nous étions rentrés tard d'excursion. La piscine est un vrai plus. Mais surtout un patio arboré magnifique qui dessert les chambres donc un vrai calme on n'entend pas les bruit de la ville. Bref je recommande cet hôtel à 200%.

Tout! L’emplacement est central. Le personnel est disponible et accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très joliment décorées. La piscine est grande pour un hôtel de centre-ville. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. Et ce qui nous a laissé bouche bée est la décoration de l’hôtel. Chaque objet, tableau, a été placé avec grand soin. Magnifique!
