If the Virgin of Guadalupe where to reappear in Merida, I'd recommend she stay here!!! Most liked: Location; 10/10 breakfast made to order in addition to complete continental if in a hurry. But most of all the attentiveness of the staff; if you have a question or need assistance they stop whatever they are doing immediately and ITS ✔️ 👍. Unbelievable Price/value
LEAVING
Really friendly and helpful staff. Free parking space just one street away. Good location 5 minutes walk from City centre.
The location is great and the breakfast very good.
My room was a little bit dark, but the great service compensates for the problem
good location, helpful staff, good breakfast
Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city with very warm service. I had a full day of online meetings at the hotel and it was a relieve to do it on their beautiful terrace with great complimentary fresh coffee made to order. The room was also spacious and confortable
Nothing to dislike about this property
What a lovely hotel. It ticks all of our boxes and we loved our stay.
Very nice property. Rooms were spacious and incredibly quiet, staff was friendly and there are multiple options for parking close by.
We have spent 2 weeks traveling around Yucatan, and this was by far our favourite accommodation.
The boutique hotel is located in the best possible area in Merida, on a lovely street, with lots of good restaurants and cafes to pick from. All the main attractions are in walking distance. The area is very safe, even at night.
We easily found free parking on the street, but we found out later that they even have some private parking spaces for free. Make sure to ask for it.
The hotel is beautifully decorated, our room was huge, looked amazing, even better than the pictures. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. Fast WiFi, daily room service and free water provided. Coffee machine in the room.
The pool looked beautiful and well maintained, but we did not get the chance to try it.
Still, the highlight of the hotel must be the service, which is truly outstanding. They offered the best breakfast we ever had at an accommodation and even offered to prepare things that were not on the menu. They have a bar and make excellent coffee in house, for free!
The owner (a Frenchman) and all the staff were so friendly and kind, they made it feel like family.
We wished we would have planned more days in Merida, as we loved the city and this hotel.
We cannot recommend this property enough, and will definitely be back!
Thank you for everything!
Nothing
The staff is super friendly, the breakfast is great, the pool was very refreshing, would always recommend to go with a hotel with a pool in Merida :)
Not everything is perfect, but it is a great experience for the money you pay!
We loved the location, the staff were friendly & super helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the hotel is very quiet despite being so close to the busy town centre.
There was no hot water in our shower (lukewarm at best) and the room could use some freshening up in terms of towels and sheets.
Wonderful staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable, great breakfasts, excellent location. Beautiful pool area and courtyard.
We don't recommend the tour company they work with (Edith's). They picked us up late for our tour to Celustun, crammed us into a small car with another big person for a half hour ride to their van. Tour was supposed to be in English, but was only in Spanish. They spent minimum time possible viewing flamingos. The lunch at Ramada de la tia Candi was actually very good, though. Just take a bus and hire a boat when you get there.
