Beautiful place to stay in Merida.
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Clean, quiet, comfortable, great breakfasts, excellent location. Beautiful pool area and courtyard.

Cons:

We don't recommend the tour company they work with (Edith's). They picked us up late for our tour to Celustun, crammed us into a small car with another big person for a half hour ride to their van. Tour was supposed to be in English, but was only in Spanish. They spent minimum time possible viewing flamingos. The lunch at Ramada de la tia Candi was actually very good, though. Just take a bus and hire a boat when you get there.

Pros:

Un hôtel superbe, a taille humaine, à proximité du centre historique mais calme.
Les chambres sont grandes, propres et joliment décorées .
Le petit déjeuner est très bon .
Le patron (français) et son personnel sont adorables et se mettent en quatre pour satisfaire les clients.
Le parking est gratuit, un plus en centre-ville.

Everything was perfect, highly recommend it.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic. Great location steps from everything.

The location was perfect and the staff were incredible. You will love staying there.
Pros:

The room was great with a large bedroom and separate tv room and very large bathroom. The space was very quiet with a ceiling fan and a/c. The king size bed was very comfortable with a large tv wall mounted directly in front. The best thing though was the staff, the were all so helpful, warm and amazing. The owner was always asking us if we were happy and comfortable. I really have never experienced such a genuine level of service in any hotel. You can see why they get such rave reviews.
