El hotel es muy bonito y limpio. Muy bien ubicado. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas. El personal es amabilisimo. La piscina perfecta para refrescarte al llegar de las excursiones. El desayuno abundante y muy rico.

Excellent stay in the heart of centro
Pros:

This is a very nice hotel in the heart of Centro in Merida. We slept great on the comfy beds, and enjoyed a nice breakfast every morning. The pool was an amazing oasis to cool off during the hot days. The staff and management were super nice. Overall, this was excellent across the board.

Cons:

The shower setup was a little weird, as anything in the shower area would easily get wet. We had to leave clothes in the entryway. This wasn't an issue for us, but it would be awkward for people who are shy about showing their naked bodies to each other. Also, the door stopper is kind of in the middle of the floor when the door is closed. I nailed my toe into it when walking over to the sink. But no harm no foul.

Perfect for a couples getaway!
Pros:

All of the staff were amazing, friendly and went above and beyond. Breakfast was delicious and the espresso was made to order. Rooms and facility was clean. Special thanks to Daniella, I would have been lost without your help.

Very kind personal. We had to depart early and miss breakfast. They had no problem to prepare breakfast box for us. Nice pool, good WiFi. The staff recommended us a perfect restaurant aswell.

Muy amplia y cómoda la habitación y la atención del personal excepcional, la ubicación es perfecta todo esta super cerca. Viajamos con mi bebé de 18 meses y es perfecto para toddlers. Además el plus fue que a cualquier hora del día te pueden servir un cafecito o un té.

Cons:

El calor en la recepción en ésta temporada es difícil pero es parte de la experiencia en Merida
