Both staff were excellent; very pleasant and nothing was a problem for them - thanks so much! While the premises were a little older, they were sparkling clean - not easy in this type of property. We had heaps of room, a very large bathroom and were very comfortable. Meals were fabulous in the bar.
The accommodation was changed and we ended up in Milton as there was a problem from there end. We appreciated the people finding us some more accommodation on short notice
It was a truckers stop not really suitable for a family, fortunately the boys were teenagers and they could sleep in separate rooms without a problem.

Very basic, room very cramped, pillows were so flat it was barely worth having them.

Tv was complete crap - needs a better system , suspect the “trust” is too tight to install a better system, It’s 2025 and I would expect a tv system that worked as soon as you switched it on
Room very clean and tidy.
No heating had been turned on prior to our arrival, which meant it was freezing, and took a very long time to warm up, which made for uncomfortable time.
Great place with only three guest rooms, huge ensuite with walk in shower,.
