Lovely staff, comfy room!
Pros:

Great friendly staff, good location and clean and comfy room!

Cons:

The doors were noisy due to the beeping to get in and out but apart from that all great.

Comfortable, convenient stay for the event I attended.
Pros:

The room was small, but the bed was comfortable. I had a washbasin, but other rooms did not. The bathrooms were very big and spacious. Tasty, reasonable meals were available in the restaurant.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than depicted in the picture on Booking.com. The wardrobe had a "mishmash" of different clothes hangers. The kitchen area could be improved on - the fridge door kept coming open so did not stay cold. The microwave oven door wouldn't close. Limited cutlery and crockery (especially as the rooms were fully booked).

Good Inglewood accommodation, suited our large party very well
Pros:

Close to the event we were attending. A lovely old building that is being maintained well. Baths in the bathrooms were great (mostly apart from 1 with very slow hot water)

Cons:

Ran out of NZ white wine - how is that even possible?
Did not reply to messages on booking/com or via email prior to our arrival, which caused issues with the beds
