The attitude of reception staff (Arabic guy) was rude.
the room was having bed bugs
the wifi got disconnected and had to call multiple times

The room floor was wet, and the restroom was completely unclean and poorly maintained. There was a bad smell throughout the room. Additionally, the bed sheets were not properly cleaned and appeared to have just been changed without proper washing
