Pros:

Hotel pulito. Stanza ampia. Colazione accettabile. Per il resto troppo costoso rispetto a ciò che offre.

Cons:

Staff sgarbato.. Ci era stata data una camera con affaccio sul retro dove si trova una piscina con scivoli dismessi, solo dopo insistenti richieste ci è stata cambiata. Anche la piscina all'ultimo piano niente di che. Nel complesso holtel molto costoso e con un pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Pros:

The location was perfect for Nizwa and surrounding sights. There is a mall right next to the hotel with restaurants and money exchange. Lots of parking right in front of the hotel but no shade. Room was big and clean, bed comfortable. Bathroom also big but no space to put things.

Cons:

Staff was in general polite but cold. It Started at checkin and continued to breakfast and checkout. The only people smiling were the people from room service and cleaning service as well as a guy from breakfast and the souvenir shop guy. It seems like a hotel designed for bigger tourist groups, impersonal not really warm atmosphere.

Cons:

I would like to express my high appreciation for the hotel in terms of cleanliness, elegant furnishings, and overall organization. I was comfortable during my stay with my family.

However, I would also like to express my strong dissatisfaction with the way the front desk staff member treated me and my family from the moment we arrived. She refused to complete our check-in process and instead referred us to another staff member who was standing next to her. Throughout our stay, she continued to look at us in an uncomfortable manner and was not cooperative with our requests, which caused us considerable surprise and disappointment due to the poor treatment.

Please note that this was our first time staying at this hotel, and we have never had any prior interaction with this staff member in any other place. We are therefore unaware of the reason for the very poor treatment we received as a family.

I wished to formally document and report this incident to your management.
