location is far from traffic, and attached to mall

Cons:

breakfast menu need to be enhanced.
size of bed and quality of rooms need to be enhanced
reception team knowledge and maintenance team nee to have more customer orientations.
reception should better information about the hotel and mall facility also the city as their is no concierge for such information.

Cons:

During the sleeping time, workers are working for heavy civil work in front of my room, and the full area was dusty and mud reached to my room. Also, in one of the day my Noor room was full of bachelor having party, which could not sleep.

Siempre que visitó Salalh me alojo en este hotel, me encanta la hospitalidad de los trabajadores/as, la limpieza de sus instalaciones y su bufet.
Nada mas llegar a la recepción te ofrecen un zumo muy rico.
La habitacion muy grande, la cama muy comoda y el baño muy grande y limpio.
Quiero destacar lo amable y servicial que fue Berto, siempre atento de todos los clientes que estábamos en la zona de la piscina, limpiando y recogiendo basuras.

Cons:

Todo genial no puedo decir nada negativo del hotel.
