The location, staff, in the mall it self

The hotel is located at a very convenient central location of the city and attached to the Salalah gardens mall where nice coffeeshops and restaurants are available. The staff were very friendly and the services provided are top notch. There were also plenty of parking space for my rented vehicle.
Perhaps breakfast could do with more verity, otherwise the food was fresh and testy.

Nasser and his team on the reception were great
Close to the airport and incorporated into a shopping mall complex. Excellent breakfast, swimming pool and very kind and efficient staff (special thanks to Kamrul)

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist with any requests. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and efficient. The location is convenient and accessible, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely consider staying here again.
