Pros:

Interesting combination of a hotel with shopping mall. Thanks to this you are not locked in insulated tourist area but can become part of citizens' life. Nice garden with cafés. Hotel parking for free. Kitchnette in the room and supermarket in the mall.

Cons:

Long distances from rooms to different facilities. Hotel offers shuttle to a private hotel beach but for surprisingly high price. This makes it no option. You end up finding your own beaches and you need a car/taxi.

Excellent hotel for a stopover in Salalah

Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, super Ramadan buffet.

Cons:

You can’t regulate the air-conditioning. Suprised that the shuttle bus to the beach cost extra.
