When I paid the accommodation fee by credit card, I found that I had been overcharged by 1,100 baht for a charge I did not recognize.
I contacted the property by email to confirm the matter, but I received no response.
In the end, I contacted my credit card company and the overcharged amount was refunded, but I was left with a sense of distrust regarding their handling of the issue.
I recommend that anyone staying here carefully check the amount charged and their billing statement.
