Pros:

The staff was very kind so polite and accommodating. I'm very happy with my treatment there everyone was wonderful 👍🙏

Cons:

The construction directly behind my room was unnerving as they are building the new train from manila to clark and the construction was literally less than 100 ft from my window nothing to be done about it just bad timing for me.

Exceptional, would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Beautifully decorated large clean room with balcony. Bonus breakfast added.

Cons:

Brewed coffee for the complimentary breakfast, rather than powder.

Best Value for money hotel
Pros:

Kandi is a very friendly hotel
Love the rooms,great menu at reasonable prices for top food.

Cons:

Unfortunately in heavy rain ( no fault of the hotel ) the street outside is prone to flooding making it impossible to either leave or enter.
