Good but room for improvement
Pros:

Room very nice

Cons:

Very dusty and dirty around the pool area. Feet black every day whilst walking around pool.poor inclusive breakfast poor coffee

Clean, well maintained, friendly staff, beautiful rooptop with a nice pool and a very good restaurant.

Cons:

Regular rooms are only in 2nd floor. In the other floors are private owners.

Friendly staff, the new ones in the breakfast area was a vast improvement from last year!!

Breakfast location is good, only 2 floors down

I would like more options, and you could add a little more bacon on the American breakfast menus.

Pros:

Eigentlich ist es für Langzeitgäste ausgerichtet. Von 13 Stockwerken wird nur der zweite Stock wie ein Hotel betrieben. Ab einer Woche ist es fast egal ob Hotel oder Dauermieter. Zimmerservice muss bei Bedarf erfragt werden. Toller Pool auf dem Dach, nur die Chemie brennt sehr in den Augen. Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter (Taxi zu Flughafen preiswert bestellt. Sehr frühes Anreisen war möglich) Eine vollständige Küchenzeile, wenn auch mit wenig Geschirr und Töpfen, ist vorhanden.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist ein Teller. Es sind drei Möglichkeiten zur Auswahl gestellt, alles sehr ähnlich (Zwei sind Reis mit 2 Eiern und 2 Würstchen); und ein Pot Kaffee. Die dritte Wahl ist Müsli.

The hotel is very uniquely designed, the staff is charming and kind. The rooms are large and the bed is very comfortable, I will always return to this hotel

Very stress free. Felt very safe with the hotel guards and managers. Staff very friendly and helpful
Pros:

Location was fine for what I needed to do. Visiting SM was easy.
The food at Kandi is very good and great proportions. Children loved the chicken fingers and pizza. Dinner also very good

Cons:

Nothing really. Anything we needed we called and were fixed up . Room service was good.
