No one on site building services tell you sorry no rooms.

Nothing to like on that hotel, the room, the beddings, the location is so bad, not according to provided photos in the ad. I checked out immediately when I saw the room. Not value for money. I will never book in Reddorz again.

The location is near the LRT. That’s the only advantage.
The spoons were dirty. No toiletries but it was included in the payment. The CR was flooded with water and cannot be drained. The aircon was not that cool.

A lot, The room is not nice, The ref is not working, the sheets have stains. The Pillow cover is damage, No lock in the CR, no rugs, the chairs do have Paints and it was a Plastic chairs, and there’s spider web and cockroaches

No extra table, cracked tiles, missing hotel linens like doormats and extra sheets, broken ventilation in the comfort room

Don't have free toiletries that was mentioned in the details when I booked. A little bit messy bed sheet and pillows. Not sure if was changed for new comers. Don't have refreshing smell
