IT'S A MOTEL, MANAGE EXPECTATION
Pros:

it was okay. price was cheap.

Cons:

When we checked into the property, we mentioned that we would keep the AC on so that the room would be comfortable when we returned, as we needed to rest. We locked our rooms before leaving.

Upon our return, we found that the AC had been turned off. This would not be an issue if it could be done externally; however, turning it off requires entering the room. This means a staff member went inside without our permission. We feel this was a violation of our privacy and security.

Had a bad experience from your hotel. It is unclean and it was totally different from the way it was advertised. The CR is very dirty, with broken tiles, bowl came w no toilet seat, the sink mucky, the floor tiles are stained, the cr door is smashed. Trash bin inside the cr.is filthy.

Aircon took a long time to cool the room. Room smell is awful.

There was no terminal for credit card -- which btw, was not communicated on the ad. I was not given any other options to pay except cash or gcash.

Everything had a charge -- Tissue roll at 30 pesos, 1 cup of hot water 10 pesos. Whyyyy?

and when I talked to the operator over the phone, the lady was not accommodating, and she was almost impatient.

I definitely didn't get my money's worth.

I dont know why this hotel is allowed to operate given its condition.

It's totally uncomfortable. The bed had bugs.
