Great location. It is accessible to public transport and it is near the Wright Park.
Breakfast is good.
The building and room is too old. Cabinets, sofa beds, beds. Looks and smells old.
Walking distance to destination. And large bed for 2 adults 1 kid.
3 Guest booking but only 2pax accomodations. I tried to book 3 adults vs 2adults with 1kid and got the same price.

The view was very nice,
beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.
The room was large.
Wires out of the ceiling, fusebox almost falling out the wall, ceiling fan not working( they gave us 2 standing fans though), the included breakfast was good but small portions.
The staff was great, but the room was showing serious signs of age. Stained grout, inoperable bathroom fans, mold, bad repairs done previously, one toilet wouldn't even flush toilet paper. No water heater in room for coffee/tea. The restaurant breakfast was good, great staff. Parking was good, security was friendly and helpful. The building really need renovation and updating, it smells funky and the on-site businesses are mostly closed.

it is near Camp John Hay where we held our Theme Weekend Retreat. The place is quiet and there were restaurants and convenient store within the area.
The smell of the linens and pillows are bad. they need more time in the laundry. there is no wifi in the rooms. the common area needs cleaning and updating of fixtures to be more decent and pleasing to the eyes. The shower curtain needs to be cleaned. the water pressure is ok in the sink and water closet of the toilet bowl but the shower needs replacement of the shower head and faucet.
Water station is near my room.
No electric fan in the room.
It was a bit dated, basic amenities but the staff were very helpful from check in, parking, and our special request to store our frozen food. Immediately they brought a refrigerator in our room. Big factor is that the property is pet friendly. They don’t charge extra for bringing a pet. A big thumbs up for all fur parents.
