Pros:

The staff are nice and were very easy to talk to.

Cons:

We stayed in the 10th floor and it was very noisy in the hallway, kids were shouting so we weren't able to relax. The door lock in the bathroom of our room is broken but it's the noise outside that was not very nice. There were also stain in the beddings as if they weren't washed properly. Would be really nice if they cleaned it well.
