Value for money.
Pros:

Near abreeza, catholic church, DMSF (walking distance) which is why I booked this property
3 bottled water/ day
1 tissue roll/ day

Cons:

Only 2 choices for breakfast: bangus and fried chicken
No free coffee :)

NOTHING TO SAY AS THE ROOM WAS NOT EVEN PROVIDED. ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING.
Pros:

NONE AT ALL. The booking was not utilised as during check in the hotel informed there is no room available despite having a confirmed reservation and FULLY PAID IN ADVANCE.

Cons:

EVERYTHING. THAT WAS THE WORSE EXPERIENCE. THE AMOUNT PAID IN FULL FIR THE ROOM WAS NOT RETURNED. DESPITE RAISING THE ISSUE WITH BOOKING.COM. BOTH HOTEL AND BOOKING.COM WAS NOT HELPFUL.

Very good, value for money is great
Pros:

Very courteous, accommodating and helpful staff. The room is very clean, and smells clean.

No restaurant within the hotel and nearby. no elevator
