The room is massive and clean . It is very accesible for all amenities ,.
Very good location
No water dispenser or comforter for the bedding only a flat sheet, 3 flights of stairs to get to top.
I like the boy staff hes so approachable always smil .we like the mini round dining table and comfy bed .it is so simple.suits for those who want to sleep and rest only. Not to mention the sound of car coz were near in the street.
Near in alturas , near in food restaurant ,watson,711, just a walk minutes away.

We can hear the sound of cars any transportation😁as we expected coz this place is so near in all establishment.
There is no shampoo only soap ,no disposable slipper -so better to bring ur own necessity.
The bathroom/cr door is not in good condition.
The staff was wonderful and the room was a bit on a larger side and very clean. However, they should strongly consider putting in real furniture, as there is enough space, rather than plastic chairs.
The road noise from the street all night long was extremely difficult to deal with in terms of getting a decent nights sleep. I actually ended up cutting my stay short to leave the area.

the hotel is accessible and has accommodating staff.
They agreed when I asked to cancel due to lacking facilities. They still deducted some fees when I canceled though.
Place is located downtown area, there's no parking, no elevator, sheets were old and faded, towels were also worn down. Building was very old. I still paid 900+ overall cancellation fee.
Great location, near Alturos mall, not far from DAO bus terminal, Cogon station by tricycle 40-50 peso. Alturos mall is recognisable sport between drivers.
Enough space in the room, and space for storage. There is a kettle. We got a couple of cups and a knife.

There was a big cockroach in the sink when we wanted to use it. We called the guy from the reception to help us. Next day there came another smaller cockroach to the room, we dealt with it ourselves.
Wi fi was not so fast. The towels have to be renewed.
There's no lift in the building, the hotel is on the 3rd floor.
