Not a bad hotel, but the experience was disappointing. They need to be more transparent with their policies and charges.

Cons:

Booked two rooms and another extra 1 room .The listing is misleading. It states that children can stay for free from 3-8 years old, but when requesting a bed for my 3-year-old, the hotel charged 1,800 pesos for a simple foam mattress. On top of that, the room had insects, and instead of offering an upgrade or a proper solution, the hotel actually downsized the room in the evening. Very disappointing experience and not what was advertised.
