It was a disaster!

The room that we had smells like a newly paint, we dont have a complimentary water it was empty when we came in I already inform the staff regarding this but no actions taken. Their towel was like a rug it was supposed to be white but it turns out its almost brown. The additional tissue needs to be paid but gives you just a little. They only have a cash options for the deposit. The staff get my ID and forget to return it to me but nobody called me to inform that it was on their possession. I am the one who call them just to ask them if it is there. This is the worst hotel i ever book under booking.com.

Cons:

Smelly room. No fridge. No kettle. Old fashioned. Not a good experience. Was there five or six times before but won’t return now. Staff in kitchen unfriendly.
