Location wise, very bad since it is very closed 2 m. From SRP road.
The rooms were fused to rooms where occupants renting monthly. Result, you will have an adjacent room with chain cigarette smoker, music of high volume.
There was no caretaker, the owner merely asked a favor to one of the occupants to entertain us.
The rooms and facilities very bad.
You are not living with Red Doorz standard since you are actually staying a hostel called El Quarto.
You've been provided with worn out towels and less hygiened pillows and blankets.
Toilets are dirty (not cleaned and maintained).
Gate not secured.
The location very noisy since along SRP road.

Caretaker not will paid thats why they leaved.

Your paying a Red Doorz rate and you are living in a hostel with boarders.

Every things, it wose dirty end no hot water, the schuld change the photos in booking!!! And I couldn't find with Google maps

A lot of things all dirty things inside the premises. Theres a lot of ants everywhere

It's the worst stay of my life. I was looking for stay so that I can take a rest before my run but I can't sleep for even a bit in this place. Bedsheets is so itchy, air-conditioning is so noisy and not cold. Worst of all you can hear all the cars outside.

Poor customer service, no staff available, the facility is close even they accepted my bookings a big inconvenience to my family in the middle of the night we have to find another hotel to stay .

Small room.

My husband arrived at the property 12midnight, NO ONE WAS THERE! They waited for 6hrs and even slept at the lobby but still No one was there, then they decided to book another hotel for them to take a good rest after 11hrs of travel.

After they booked a nearby hotel, they go back to elcuarto so they can eventually transfer(check in to el cuarto) since we believe we do have our booking, but the lady, (unfortunately we didn’t get her name) told us and insisted that we do not have any booking that day even though we’re trying to ask her to double check because we do have confirmation number/proof etc etc . She told us. “It’s Not my problem at all” What a Shame! So Unprofessional ! We didn’t even get any apology from them.

THE EXACT LOCATION IS DEFINITELY DIFFERENT FROM THE MAP THEY GAVE AT THEUR WEBSITE! NEVER EVER BOOK AT THIS HOTEL! YOULLE GET STRESSED DURING YOUR SUPPOSED VACATION

Can cant find the location. The location pin on the map theres no hotel. No one answer us when we contact them. The hotel not even contact us. We try to find this hotel and asked near by but they dont know this even the 2 reddoorz(hospital and talisay plus they dont know this. Thats why we just waste money¡!!!!!!!!😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡

They lock the door at night and no water

Just everything. The direction that they gave in this app is totally different from Google Map. Thus, we had a hard time locating the address which comprised our time and money. Upon arrival, the attendant said that there is no other available room at that moment except for that messy single room (FYI, I booked a double room). We were so disappointed because our booked room was not ready upon arrival. The room that she offered was so dirty. The towels and bed were obviously used already. There were bags of chips and empty bottles. It was really a stressful experience. Never again.
