Kung pang tulugan lang ng isang araw, oks lang pero sabi ko sa asawa ko, di na mauulit. Maliban na lang umayos ng konti

Room with aircon

Cons:

1. Location, nakalagay sa maps nasa tabi ng sm, pag dating namin dun wala, isang guard lang na nag checheck mga lumalabas na trabahador. Tinanong namin sa kanya kung alam nung lugar na yon, wala. Yun pala nasa likod pa ng hospital yung place, hindi sa SM. Naging hassle para sa amin dahil galing kaming maynila, may mga luggage, tapos pagbaba sa may SM, wala pala dun. Kumuha pa kami ng trycicle para makapunta dun.

2. Understanding naman na 1k ang binayad, kaso bat naman kadumi ang kusina at ang labasan ng init ng aircon sa cr, pag iihi ka or dudumi, kaylangan pang patayin ang aircon, kung hindi, babanasin ka sa cr.

3. 2 kami na guest, ang bigay 1 towel lang at ang kumot na bigay pang isang tao lang din.

4. Kaylangan turuan yung staff mag smile, palaging mataray ang muka hehe.

Nag stay kami lang naman para may matulugan ng isang gabi, pero kahit isang gabi lang, kaylangan padin maganda at maayos ang service para hindi madissapoint or mababa ang rates ng guests.

Pros:

Served our purpise as s place to stay for the night nesr highway, see some tv news and sleep. Clean, basic. Host family was very friendly and helpful. We booked late in the evening, minutes before srriving and they prepsred the room quickly. Very nice people.

Pros:

The location. It is not along the highway making it quiet for a better sleep for the guest but not so distant that you can walk to reach the main road making it convenient for the guest to grab a bite or anything any time.

Cons:

There was a tv set but there was no antenna so it's useless.
The toilet is old and a bit rusty.
No hot shower.
Pillows are of poor quality.
Mattress is so thin and with plastic cover underneath the sheet which is uncomfortable.

Pros:

Not inclusive of breakfast

Cons:

The reception was in disarray. It's not welcoming at all, so many clutters; orderliness is very poor. I even asked them to change the bedding because it looks worn-out; no hot water and the aircon is very noisy; can hardly cool the room.

Good enough, but could use improvements
Pros:

The location is near SM City Rosales, Jollibee, and convenience stores which is a plus. You can ride a tricycle or walk to the mentioned places. Although not indicated upon booking but they have good internet connectivity! You can stream Youtube videos or watch your favorite Netflix films/series.

Cons:

How the air conditioning works... the exhaust is by the bathroom not outside. I have to always switch the unit to fan mode and wait a few minutes for the hot air to dissipate to be able to use the bathroom. Listing could also be updated on what is included with our stay. Standard Double Rooms do not include a refrigerator so be mindful if you plan to stay for more than a day. They did provide towels, soap, and shampoo during our stay.
