je krijgt wat je betaald.
Pros:

ideale ligging, dichtbij strand, en bij shopping mall.
vriendelijk personeel. En toen ik me vergistte in de uitcheck datum kon ik makkelijk bijboeken. Goedkoop hotel in Manilla. Veel restaurantjes in de omgeving.

Cons:

mijn kamer lag direct aan de straat, zonder oordoppen was dit echt een probleem geweest. mijn kamer is niet schoongemaakt. de eerste dag had ik een niet storen bordje hangen, de dagen erna niet meer. in totaal was ik er 4 dagen. Bij mijn tarief was geen airco inbegrepen. Vond ik geen probleem, maar wel belangrijk om te weten.

料金相応のホテル、設備が古いので慣れと忍耐が必要
Pros:

ホテルはエルミタ・マラテ地区にあり、徒歩圏内に夕日で有名なManila Bay Beach、買い物にはROBINSONS PLACE、移動にはPedro Gil駅と全てが徒歩圏内にありとても便利でした。
ホテル周辺はbarなどのお店が多く治安もあまり良くないので夜間は出歩きませんでしたが、フロントと入口（ドアマン兼警備員？）には常に人が居たので安心でした。
朝食は一旦ホテルから外に出ますが隣のレストランでいただけます。毎回フィリピンスタイルの朝食でしたが、魚料理は日本人に好まれる味だと思います。毎回どんなメニューか楽しみだったので朝食付プランにして良かったです。

Cons:

アメニティグッズが小さな石鹸二個とバスタオルが二枚でした・・・
室内履き（スリッパ）も無く部屋では裸足で過ごしました（笑）テレビは地上波放送には繋がっておらずインターネット放送（ABEMAなど）のみでしたが一度も繋がらなかったので滞在中に観る事はありませんでした。Wi-Fiの電波が弱いのかな？と思ったのですが、部屋でスマホは問題無く使えたので不思議でした。
窓はありましたが日の光は入らず朝でも薄暗く鍵も無かったです。エアコン（室外機と一体型？）の動作音がうるさく二日目からは慣れましたが耳栓が必要な程でした。掛布団がシーツ一枚でビックリ！！エアコンの効きが悪いが故になのでしょうか！？あとトイレタンクから時々異音がしたり水がチョロチョロ流れっぱなしでした・・・

For a single person it is a good and reasonable choice.
Pros:

The property was clean and location was easily accessible through metro or any transport means. You can also find gypsy just from the door of the hotel.

Cons:

They called their double room super deluxe which had a semi double bed and was just enough for one person. When we complained about it they just said it is what it is and when we agreed to compromise and asked for a mattress they charged 500pesos for it. So if you’re booking this place, their super deluxe room is just for 1 person although you can book it for 2. Don’t get misunderstood by the room’s name
