Pros:

Nothing.

Cons:

Horrible infrastructure, disrespectful attitude, black water coming out of the sink every morning, and sometimes the water doesn’t work at all. On the last night, we asked to be compensated for at least one night due to the terrible experience we went through, and we were spoken to in a dismissive and disrespectful way, as if we were lying. Stay away.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

The location is excellent. The pool area is nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The size of the room is quite small. The door to our room was tricky, hard to open and lock. The curtains needs an upgrade.

A very comfortable stay in Sairgao
Pros:

Pool area was very comfortable. The room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Grace was really helpful and willing to provide information on surrounding sites. The beach across the way was nice.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Das Resort liegt mitten im Geschehen, aber es ist trotzdem ruhig. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Bett ist bequem und der Wasserdruck ist top. Das Personal ist total lieb und kümmert sich um den Transport zum Resort. Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen :-)

Very enjoyable stay and would stay again
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. We rented a motorbike from them with ease and they sorted out transport from and to the airport. The bed was very comfortable and aircon worked well. The location was great in the middle of it all but didn’t keep us an awake at night security was good.

Cons:

The room was a little tired, the laminate flooring was lifting where I assume they’ve had a few leaks from the bathroom as we had a leak but they sorted quickly. Also the bathroom ceiling was leaking on our last morning but again they looked concerned and we felt they would sort. Towels were a little old and not so white but I guess that’s just being on an island without modern facilities

Wonderful stay in beautiful resort!
Pros:

We had a beautiful stay at Palaka. The grounds are gorgeous and it is in a fabulous location close to restaurants and shops. The staff are absolutely amazing. Our son got sick while we were staying and they were extremely kind and caring, offering advice and assistance. The kitchen facilities are also great and we met some other lovely people while there. I would come back in a heartbeat! Thank you so much Jeff & team!

Amazing spot
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, les employés vraiment très gentils, accommodants et serviables! La piscine est vraiment très nice dans un jardin super bien entretenu!
