Wasn’t great, air conditioning not working properly. Hot.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

Dirty, ac not cold. Very dusty room and furnitures, broken toilet seat, clogged sink… needs extensive cleaning,repair and maintenance. Awful.

Restless except need to take sleeping pills to sleep because i was scared of the cockraoches 🪳🪳
Pros:

I like the location. I choose to stay this place because of the location. The staff are friendly, helpful and cooperative.

Cons:

i hope and pray that they will consider a little bit more cleaning and care of the guest as the room really don't have water ready, no soap or shampoo, no toothbrush. The room stinks.... the small cockroaches 🪳🪳 🪳 was it's all around, i couldn't rest...

Pros:

Location. Ms. Alma the night shift receptionist is super kind and helpful and the night duty guard as well.

Cons:

No free toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner.

The manager (the middle aged woman from 10AM to 6PM in the reception) is not approachable. She will always utter in a mocking way that you need to upgrade room so she’ll transfer you to the second floor.

The free bottled water will not be given to you automatically by the manager. The one who gave free soap and water is already Ms. Alma the night shift receptionist. Imagine, we checked in at 2PM and the free soap and the free water is already given to us at 2AM when we passed by at lobby to buy food.

No elevator. The budget price is located at the 5th floor which is unfortunate for those who booked the cheapest rate. But fortunately, the night guard on duty helped us with our baggage from 5th floor and until loading of baggage in the taxi. Plot twist, the night guard on duty is the one who searched for our taxi though it is raining. I guess the guard deserves more to be a manager or Ms. Alma the night shift receptionist.
