Enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The staff are very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble
The Ramadan breakfast was excellent. Great variety.. over all is great value for the price

Cons:

Hardly in windows in rooms and the entrance is through car park

Es war ein Albtraum nicht empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Nichts, alles war chaotisch.

Cons:

Hotelpersonal war sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich.Frühstück war extrem schlecht. Mein Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht.

Every thing like ambiance, service, food and location

Cons:

The only thing which bothered me a little was reception which was at mezzanine floor it is not difficult to go however if we talk about convebience ground floor entrance is always help with luggage and stuff

We were seeking a comfortable hotel at a reasonable rate. After checking the guests review, we decided to stay here for one night to judge the authenticity of the feedback. We were delighted with our experience, which exceeded our expectations.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Ansa Azam. The entire process was seamless and smooth. Our room was clean, and essential toiletries were available. We found the staff to be polite, courteous, and exceptionally helpful.

Overall, our one-night stay was simply awesome, and we appreciated the attentive service and comfortable amenities provided by the hotel.

Don't be fooled by the pics. This hotel is substandard. Ac not working, and room not clean. no room service, restaurant (if you can call it that) is on upper floor with no lift.
