Baseny,restauracja,obsługa,lokalizacja. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. W restauracji można zjeść dobry i nie drogi obiad. Baseny ,sauny rewelacja. Obsługa bardzo miła i uśmiechnięta .

Pokoje ,brudne dywany. Byłyśmy dwie noce ,korzystaliśmy z basenów a nawet nie wymieniono nam ręczników brudnych. Pokoje nie zostały odkurzone,gdzie są wszędzie dywany i każdy okruch niestety nie da się pozbierać palcami. Byliśmy z dzieckiem , które nie mogło chodzić na bosaka po pokoju bo brudne dywany.No i łóżka!!! To jest tragedia!!! To nie są łóżka tylko położony materac na materac ,gdzie w nocy odwracając się na drugi bok trzeba wstać i poprawić górny materac bo zjechał z dolnego materacu. Bardzo dużo jeździmy po hotelach i naprawdę pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z tym aby nie były wymienione ręczniki,odkurzony pokój,no i takie łóżka to z pewnością do poprawy.

Super spędzony czas , wnuk zachwycony.
Pros:

Fajny basen z atrakcjami dla dzieci. Napewno furorę robi rwąca rzeka w której dzieci mają super zabawę. Polecam pobyt w hotelu, w którym jest czysto, miła obsługa, bardzo dobre śniadania .

Ogólnie rzecz biorąc z pobytu w hotelu już nie skorzystam.
Pros:

Śniadania urozmaicone i smaczne do tego duży wybór. Obiady również pyszne.

Cons:

Nie podobały mi się skosy. Niestety uderzyłam się o nie w głowę. Suszarka do włosów działała maksymalnie 2 min i trzeba było odczekać 15 min aż ostygła. Nie był to komfort suszenia włosów.
Po skorzystaniu z WC w łazience woda przez dłuższy czas leciała i to głośno co przeszkadzało szczególnie w nocy.
Dodatkowo nie podobało mi się to że nie można z saun korzystać w strojach. Niech ktoś spróbuje założyć go mokrego ponownie na ciało, masakra. Dodatkowo niektóre osoby, szczególnie mężczyźni przemieszczają się po pomieszczeniu w części między saunami nie okrywając swoich intymnych części ciała co było żenujące pomimo posiadających ręczników.

Pokoje potřebují upgrade. Baterie na umyvadle teče. Dle kamene už hodně dlouho. Nemyslím si, že je to takový finanční náklad, aby se to nedalo okamžitě vyměnit. Odbyté a flekaté stěny.
