Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. Rozmiar pokoju , że można nabawić się klaustrofobii, brak gniazdek w okolicach szafki nocnej , zapleśniała słuchawka od prysznica. Tv podwieszony pod samym sufitem - pierwszy raz coś takiego widzę.

Розташування. Хороший сніданок. Чистий номер.

Cons:

Кондиціонер працював лише в режимі вентилятора, не було можливості охолодити кімнату. Навіть в режимі 16 градусів, він взагалі не охолоджував, хоча в кафе працював відмінно.

Cons:

Забронювали два номери з кондиціонерами бо була дуже спекотна погода. Номери з кондиціонером були на багато дорожчі, а виявилось, що в обох номерах вони не працювали (. Нічь із за жари була жахлива!!!

Poprawny nocleg na jedną lub dwie noce.
Pros:

Zatrzymałem się w Hotelu Kozak na krótki pobyt związany z rodzinną uroczystością. Hotel jest miejscem o standardzie podstawowym, które sprawdzi się, jeśli głównym celem jest znalezienie noclegu w centrum miasta.
Pokoje są w miarę czyste i wyposażone w podstawowe udogodnienia. Wystrój jest dość surowy i widać, że lata świetności ma już za sobą, ale wszystko było sprawne. Obsługa działała bez zarzutu, proces zakwaterowania przebiegł szybko i bez komplikacji.
Podsumowując, jest to miejsce bez zbędnych luksusów, ale w pełni funkcjonalne. Jeśli ktoś potrzebuje po prostu miejsca do spania w Chełmie w przystępnej cenie, oferta tego hotelu będzie wystarczająca.
