Pros:

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten einige Fragen, die uns an der Rezeption ausführlich, verständlich und sehr freundlich beantwortet wurden.
Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen. Auschwitz I ist zu Fuß in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar und somit ideal, wenn man die Gedenkstätte besuchen möchte. Auch mit dem Auto ist die Lage praktisch, um in die Stadt zu gelangen. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich direkt gegenüber, was bei Bedarf ebenfalls sehr angenehm ist.
Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und für unseren Aufenthalt völlig in Ordnung.
Insgesamt können wir das Hotel besonders für Besucher empfehlen, die Auschwitz besichtigen möchten. Eine sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal und saubere, große Zimmer

Pros:

Krásné, prostorné pokoje, ochotná a milá recepce. Klidná lokalita, kousek od táborů Auschwitz-Birkenau. Hned naproti hotelu je obchod s potravinami s otevírací dobou pozdě do večera.

Cons:

Během tří dnů našeho pobytu k nám ani jednou nepřišla pokojská služba kvůli výměně ručníků. Snídaně dobrá, ale málo výběru, zejména pokud hosté nevstávají hned na začátek snídaně, ale trochu si přispí.

Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Auschwitz. Compleet prima hotel.
Pros:

15 minuten lopen van Auschwitz, waar wij om 7.00 uur, in verband met de rondleiding, moesten zijn. We lieten de auto bij het hotel staan, scheelt parkeerkosten/parkeerdrukte bij Auschwitz.
Supermarkt pal naast het hotel zodat we de avond ervoor yoghurt konden halen (voor het ontbijt), waar we in het hotel dus geen gebruik van konden maken omdat we eerder weg moesten. Koelkastje aanwezig dus geen probleem om boodschappen goed te houden. Goede bedden, airco, badkamer. Alles compleet. Ruimte genoeg om, zonder rare toeren uit te halen, bij de ingang van het hotel te parkeren.

Cons:

Dat je niet kunt boeken zonder ontbijt of dat men niet iets aanbiedt om mee te geven, als je meldt dat je er geen gebruik van maakt.
Het (ook jonge) personeel in het restaurant mag qua gezellig gesprek, iets meer op anderstalige toeristen gericht zijn.

Koupelna super, pokoj hezký, čistý.

Cons:

Jediné mínus, které jsem měl.. tak pokoj 005, tak za oknem je hned nějaká továrna kde se očividně od 4 rána pracuje. Kdyz máte otevřené okno, tak slyšíte hučení a budí Vás to.

Empfehlenswert !
Pros:

Großes und sehr saubere Zimmer, Restaurant im Hotel, einladendes Frühstück. Sehr zentrale Lage zur Gedenkstätte Auschwitz, Lager I und Lager II. Durften unser KFZ noch länger am Parkplatz stehen lassen da wir eine mehrstündige Führung gewählt hatten.

włączył się alarm przeciwpożarowy. pojawiły się sprzeczne komunikaty jeden który kazał zostać w pokoju a po chwili drugi który kazał się ewakuować i znowu kolejny aby pozostać w pokoju. Alarmy wyły ilkanaścieinit. Moje dziecko bardzo się przestraszyło. Zeszliśmy na dół okazało się że straż pożarna już jest. Jednak na nasze pytanie co się stało usłyszeliśmy odpowiedź - nic się nie stało. jak dla nas stało się bardzo dużo. na drugi dzień również nie otrzymaliśmy odpowiedzi co było przyczyną uruchomienia alarmu przeciwpożarowego. Krótko mówiąc ostatnia noc nie należała do przyjemnych w miejscu gdzie nie wiadomo co się dzieje .
