Atrašanās vieta ideāla, blakus parkam. Klusa vieta, tai pat laikā, pilsētas tarnsporta pietura apmēram 300 metri.
Ir viesnīcas bezmaksas autostāvvieta, kas nav maz. Brokastis labas. Laba kafija.
