We would like to inform you that from August 15, 2024, in accordance with the regulations of the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats related to sexual offenses and protecting minors. The following will be required to register a child at the Hotel Panorama.:

Your identification document (identity card, passport, driving license, mCitizen app).

The identification document of the child traveling with you (if it is your child). This applies to both individuals who are not related to the child, and grandparents or uncles who are not their guardians at the time.

Consent from the parents or legal guardians (if it is not your child).

In the absence of the above, i.e., points 2 and 3 – you will need to sign a declaration regarding your relationship with the child and their personal data.

We ask for your understanding towards our staff, who are required to verify the relationship between the child and the accompanying adults in the hotel according to the new regulations. We act primarily with the safety of your children in mind.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.

Excellent accomodation, but the restaurant - not so much
Pros:

room was beautiful, and so was the entire hotel. well priced as well.

Cons:

the restaurant. I had high expectations coming into it but... they were far from met.
the service staff was not very friendly or spoke decent English. The beer was served in a warm glass.
the food was flavourless, I had an appetizer that was supposed to feature their signature smoked trout - the fillet in fact, and there was a tiny little bit of the trout, A LOT OF BONES, and an unidentifiable green goo under it which gave me indigestion. It was sour, bitter, and tasted like nothing else.
The main course was the Pierogi, which I thought would rescue the evening as it´s a signature Polish dish - but no.
The Pierogi itself was cold inside(it was stuffed with duck meat that was dry), while the sauce around it was boiling hot. Completely flavourless too.
In short, would not come back.

Ogólnie pobyt bardzo dobry, bardzo dobre jedzenie, miło spędzony czas z rodziną.
Pros:

Bardzo ładny obiekt, miła obsługa. Było co robić wieczorem.

Cons:

Dziwny zapach w pokoju jakby jakiś środek do dezynfekcji, bardzo źle się oddychało. Dużo staraliśmy się wietrzyć.
