We would like to inform you that from August 15, 2024, in accordance with the regulations of the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats related to sexual offenses and protecting minors. The following will be required to register a child at the Hotel Panorama.:
Your identification document (identity card, passport, driving license, mCitizen app).
The identification document of the child traveling with you (if it is your child). This applies to both individuals who are not related to the child, and grandparents or uncles who are not their guardians at the time.
Consent from the parents or legal guardians (if it is not your child).
In the absence of the above, i.e., points 2 and 3 – you will need to sign a declaration regarding your relationship with the child and their personal data.
We ask for your understanding towards our staff, who are required to verify the relationship between the child and the accompanying adults in the hotel according to the new regulations. We act primarily with the safety of your children in mind.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.

Dobra lokalizacja na moje potrzeby. Czysto
Goście w lobby byli bardzo głośno. Hałasy skończyły się dopiero po 23. Zgłoszenie na recepcji problemu nie przyniosło żadnego skutku. Jeśli chcesz skorzystać z hotelu jako nocleg pomiędzy pracą to nie jest dobra opcja.
Z hotelu Panorama korzystałam wielokrotnie. To bardzo przyzwoity, czysty, solidny obiekt, dobrze wyposażony, w bardzo dobrym stanie technicznym, z życzliwym personelem, dobrze zlokalizowany, z dużym parkingiem.
Odnoszę wrażenie, że mimo dość wysokiej ceny hotel zaczął oszczędzać na śniadaniach, kiedyś były zdecydowanie lepsze, ale rzeczą niedopuszczalną w dzisiejszych czasach jest, aby potrawy nie były podpisane i nie zawierały podstawowego składu. Alergicy, weganie czy bezglutenowcy są bez szans. Sama jestem na destrykcyjnej diecie i nie miałam pojęcia co jest w sałatce, jaki rodzaj mięsa jest w galaretce, brakowało niesłodkich i nieprzetworzonych płatków, razowego chleba, naturalnego jogurtu, zielonej herbaty. Nie dokładano potraw, miska po sałatce stała do końca pusta, ekspozycja niektórych potraw była nieestetyczna, w czasie posiłku nikt nie sprzątał ze stołów brudnych naczyń. Byłam niemile rozczarowana, poprzednie pobyty wspominam inaczej.
Byłam niemile zaskoczona również tym, iż przez dwa dni nikt nie odbierał na recepcji telefonu, mimo wielokrotnych prób dodzwonienia się. Na miejscu nikt nie potrafił mi tego wyjaśnić. Zdarzyło się tak po raz pierwszy i ze względu na brak zasięgu do sieci, sprawiło mi to spory kłopot.
Przyjemny personel, czyste pokoje. Bardzo dobre jedzenie. Polecam

Mały minus za to że pani weszła rano sprzątać pokój. Dostała SMS że pokój wolny.

Wszystko była super. Wyśmienite śniadania - szczególnie naleśniki z serem. Wszędzie czyściutko, woda uzupełniania codziennie. Jest możliwość spaceru po uroczym zakątku z góralską chatą w tle. Będziemy tam wracać :)
Jak dla mnie za miękkie materace, ale to taki mały szczegół i moje odczucie indywidualne.
Bardzo przyjemny hotel zwlaszcza jak sie podrozoje z malymi dziecmi. Darmowy wewnetrzny plac zabaw, bilard, dodatkowe gry. Dobre sniadanie. Cicho, duze pokoje, super pomocna obsluga. Panie z recepcji otworzyla o 21 plac zabaw dla dzieci.
Śniadania dość skromne.
Okropne łóżka ruchome na kółkach . Materace zsuwały się z powierzchni łóżka i dlatego spadłam w nocy na podłogę .
