Your identification document (identity card, passport, driving license, mCitizen app).

The identification document of the child traveling with you (if it is your child). This applies to both individuals who are not related to the child, and grandparents or uncles who are not their guardians at the time.

Consent from the parents or legal guardians (if it is not your child).

In the absence of the above, i.e., points 2 and 3 – you will need to sign a declaration regarding your relationship with the child and their personal data.

We ask for your understanding towards our staff, who are required to verify the relationship between the child and the accompanying adults in the hotel according to the new regulations. We act primarily with the safety of your children in mind.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.

If we close eyes for trash that was not taken out, the stay was higher level than stated.

Personal was helpful. Room was big.

Cons:

Very noisy. Sounds come into the room very loudly from both outside and inside. The bathroom door is very difficult to open and rattles like an outside door. Even though there are 4 people in the room, there are only 3 small blankets and you have to ask for more separately. Breakfast was included in the price, but the customer service didn't say anything about it, so we missed out.
