Pros:

Басейн маленький, но было мало людей поэтому нормально. Баня отлично, Парковка есть,что не маловажно. Персонал приятный в общении.

Cons:

Комната как в 80 года, ремонта нет поэтому все на чёрном слове держится. Если на одну ночь, то можно. А если отдохнуть, то не рекомендую, цена не соответствует качеству отдыха.

Ogólnie w porządku, ale czystość do poprawy
Pros:

Przytulny hotel w sam raz na krótki służbowy pobyt w Kielcach. Śniadanie obfite i urozmaicone w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Personel przyjazny, sympatyczny i pomocny. Można polecić, ale z pewnymi zastrzeżeniami :-)

Cons:

Czystość w pokoju i łazience do natychmiastowej poprawy. Dość spora warstwa kurzu na meblach, pod łóżkami nie sprzątnięte śmieci, kabina prysznicowa być może była sprzątana, ale nie wiadomo kiedy :-( TV udało się przywrócić do stanu używalności po dość długiej walce z dekoderem. Zamykanie okien balkonowych pozostawia wiele do życzenia - chyba przydał by się remont.

Pros:

Nie bylo problemu z przyjazdem z 2 dzieci, pomimo, ze wybraliśmy pokój 2+1. Udostępnienie basenu rano na nasza prośbę.

Cons:

Wybraliśmy ten hotel ze względu na jacuzzi, z którego chcieliśmy skorzystać po całym dniu na zewnątrz. Niestety woda w jacuzzi byla zimniejsza niz w basenie i nie udalo jej sie nagrzać przez cały dzien. Podobnie w saunie. Nie byla to odpowiednia temperatura. Śniadanie bylo raczej skromne, bez niczego na slodko. Kawa przelewała sie z kubka, bo automat nazbyt spienial mleko. Pokoj do zabaw dla dzieci nie był chyba używany od lat. Zabawki brudne i zniszczone.

Bardzo miła obsługa na recepcji (Pan i Pani recepcjonistka). Bardzo dobre sauny, muzyka relaksacyjna. Duże jacuzzi , fajny basenik. Śniadanie bardzo dobre , duży wybór. Pyszne pączki w tłusty czwartek. Hotel 3* , więc i cena jak za taki hotel , zatem porównując cenę do jakości , to jestem bardzo , bardzo zedowolona . Pokoje czyściutkie . Polecam
