Non parlavano inglese , la „maleducazione“ della reception. Avevo una stanza con la porta rotta e dopo le mie lamentele me ne hanno data un altra senza oscuranti . Servizio pessimo .

Tv didnt work al all, couldnt change the room, the water flowed very poorly in the shower, the bed was horrible, soo soft and uncomfirtable. Couldnt sleep at all.

Krótki pobyt

Jedna noc, a jednak wystarczyła, żeby poczuć się jak na małych wakacjach od codzienności.
Już od pierwszej chwili w hotelu przywitała mnie niezwykle serdeczna obsługa – uśmiech, życzliwość i gotowość do pomocy sprawiły, że poczułam się bardziej jak mile widziany gość niż zwykły klient. Prawdziwą niespodzianką był pokój na najwyższym piętrze, który otrzymałam bez żadnych dodatkowych opłat. Widok na piękny zabytek za oknem sprawiał, że nawet zwykła chwila przy kawie nabierała wyjątkowego klimatu.
Najlepsza część dnia? Zdecydowanie relaks w spa – chwila ciszy, odprężenia i zapomnienia o wszystkim. A gdy wydawało się, że nic już nie może być lepsze, wieczór zakończyłam długą, relaksującą kąpielą w wannie.
To był tylko jeden dzień, ale udowodnił, że czasem wystarczy jedno miejsce, jeden widok i odrobina troski ze strony ludzi, żeby zwykły dzień zamienił się w piękne wspomnienie. I właśnie dlatego chętnie wrócę tu ponownie – tym razem na dłużej.

Brak możliwości wykupienia 1/2h więcej do doby, a nie tylko całość kwoty 🙄 może to mam takie odczucia, ze tez pierwszy raz się z tym spotkałam - ale sadze jednak, ze wystarczająco długo podróżuje żeby mieć jakieś porównanie😉 fajny potencjał do zmiany 🙂
