I couldn't leave my luggage for 3 hours after checking out because the hotel only has one luggage room where everyone has access to my bags, and the receptionist doesn't take responsibility for lost luggage

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, na przeciw dworca PKM, przystanki, sklepy w pobliżu. Recepcja całodobowa, klimatyzacja.

Po wymeldowaniu nie otrzymałem paragonu - recepcjonistka stwierdziła że nie wyda bo nie ma potwierdzenia wpłaty - to jest karygodne , prosiłem tylko o paragon a nie o fakturę w każdym innym hotelu po wymeldowaniu się rano otrzymywałem paragon. Recepcjonistka mało kompetentna , po przyjeździe wieczorem nie umiała mi powiedzieć gdzie następnego dnia mogę udać się na śniadanie. NIE POLECAM TEGO HOTELU , OBSŁUGA BEZNADZIEJNA !!! HOTEL NA BARDZO NISKIM POZIOMIE

Hotel location could not have been better being opposite the train station. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. I cannot fault anything with this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

Гарний великий номер з високими стелями, чисто , ковралін, запас рушників, кондиціонер вверху, комфортно працював.

Cons:

Коли прибули на рецепції нікого не було , але коли прийшла працівник , зустріла непривітно, неохоче відповідала на питання.
