Przestronne i zadbane pokoje . Śniadanie przepyszne , w formie bufetu szwedzkiego . Możliwość późnego meldunku na plus . Polecam na pobyt dla rodziny .
Rooms were very spacious. Hotel was clean and well upkept (grass like a football pitch).
Not too many guests mid week, meaning no crowds - comfortable and peaceful. All members of staff were polite and professional, yet one lady stood out a lot as exceptionally customer centric (for hotel info - she served our dinner on arrival evening and also lunch on departure whilst I was having a video call in restaurant - big thanks to her / I am sure you will know who to recognise).
Also, did not come unnoticed that we believe the owner arrived and it was very positive to see how he greeted his staff, including gardeners outside (whom in many places get unnoticed by senior management). He also paid interest to us in reception area when we were already served, yet as he walked in we were awaiting service from his viewpoint. Very nice to see in business - congratulations!
We overall enjoyed our stay and would like to thank everyone for their service - your people are your strength.
Please do not take these as negatives nor criticism, as everything was very very fair for the price charged.
However, since we travel a lot, we would like to share feedback in few areas you could consider for improvement:
1) bottled water was provided in the room and replenished after each night (great!), but you could add a small kettle and a couple of tea bags and instant coffees in the room - for a 3* hotels its quite common these days and low investment
2) decor is of a dark colors, so brighter tone of lights would be desired - shaded yellow bulbs are setting mood rather low (+ for brighter light above desk in the room)
3) your mattresses were super comfy, but pillows were very hard. Would be good to have 2nd set of softer pillows in the wardrobe, so customers could choose to use instead - again minor investment and major comfort difference
4) "1 large double bed" was selected at booking over "2 single beds" option, and subsequently confirmed via Booking.com chat prior to arrival. However, we had "2 single beds put together" in the room. I must admit these beds were large single beds, but with a gap in the middle this is not "1 large double bed". We slept well, but slightly separated.
5) breakfast - our 1st day experience vs 2nd day differed a lot - freshness and warmness of hot food is what we suggest is focused on a bit more. Also, your coffee machine on day 1 put us off, so we never tried it again - I took black coffee and tasted like water whilst my wife had cappuccino which was like drinking milk (beans were in, so this is not the reason). Gladly, you put a jar of instant coffee and box with UHT milk, so we used that with hot water instead - well done. Also, I bought a coffee at the bar near reception, made from professional coffee machine by your staff member and this was excellent quality!

the size of the room is very good and the location of the hotel although a bit far from the city its very nice and quite
first night we arrived there was a party in the restaratant and it was loud music till 3am that was very very annoying from the room.
Fantastic location next to a beautiful forrest, very peaceful, nice and helpful staff.
