Pros:

Bardzo mily i pomocny personel. Obiekt nie oszczedza na ogrzewaniu, pokoj cieply, przytulny, woda w basenie tez, sniadania bardzo dobre a dla szefa kuchni podziekowania za pyszne obiady. 100% polecamy to miejsce, szczegolnie poza sezonem.

Nebuvo informacijos lietuvių kalba. Nespėjus susinešti daiktų, personalas paruošė ir pateikė informaciją lietuvių kalbs. SPA zona nuostabi. Pirtelė maža, bet gerai įkaitusi. Pusryčiai nuostabus, su žuvyte iš vietinio ežero :).

super pobyt na jedną noc -w przerwie pomiędzy weekendowym kręceniem mazurskiej pętli rowerowej

Przemiła obsługa - w recepcji, w restauracji, pięknie usytowany hotel - bardzo smaczne jedzenie w restauracji

Cons:

mała szatnia i tylko jeden prysznic w szatni przed basenem, na sauie na podłodze brak drewnianych paneli po których możnaby chodzić - płytki powodowały, że część gości (raczej nie gości hotelowych) nie dośc, że wchodziła do sauny w strojach to jeszcze w klapkach - na prośbę o zdjęcie - stwierdzli, że wolą wdychać gumę niż złapać grzybicę.....

Znakomita lokalizacja nad samym jeziorem piękne widoki. Czysto. Fajny basen, jacuzzi, sauna - wszystko dostępne w ramach pokoju. Sala zabaw za darmo dla dziecka.

Cons:

Prysznic - niestety uszkodzony uchwyt słuchawki prysznica przez co brak możliwości ust. wysokości wody.
Śniadania - trochę skromne.

Pyszne śniadania dla każdego coś się znajdzie. Cudowna, cicha okolica, wszędzie czyściutko. Domki zadbane z możliwością napalenia w kominku. Super basen, nawet w okresie świątecznym bez tłoku.

Miła obsługa, smaczne jedzenie, komfortowo, wspaniała animatorka i koncert na zakończenie pobytu, polecam, szczególnie rodzinom z dziećmi

Cons:

Materace, powleczone plastikiem. Myślę za jakikolwiek twardy topper załatwi sprawę. Fajnie by było gdyby były jakiekolwiek szampony w domkach zamiast mydła w płynie (którego było mało i nie był uzupełniony)

Poza tym nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń:)
