I honestly don't understand how this hotel can call itself a 4-star hotel.
The photos speak for themselves. The room was in very poor condition. The fridge was old, dirty, and covered with tape marks. The bathroom ceiling had peeling paint and signs of water damage. The trash bin was rusty and dirty, and many parts of the room looked neglected for a long time.
What really shocked me was the complete lack of attention to safety. The electrical outlet was broken and left exposed, which is extremely dangerous.
The worst part happened when I switched on the hair dryer. It almost caused a serious accident. It was clearly damaged long before I arrived and should have been replaced a long time ago. Instead, the hotel left it in the room for guests to use without any inspection or concern for their safety.
Looking at the damaged hair dryer together with the exposed electrical outlet, it is obvious that maintenance is simply not a priority at this hotel. This level of neglect is unacceptable, especially for a hotel that advertises itself as a 4-star property. I hope the management takes these issues seriously before someone gets injured.
