The location in Ponce met our needs.
The hotel is extremely tired. The carpet is stained and dirty, rooms are worn, the finishes are outdated, and the entire hotel is poorly built. The pool overlooks a highway and our “city view” room overlooked the building of a parking garage for the hotel. 3 mornings in a row, loud construction began between 5:30-7:30am. The “gym” is terrible - a tiny room with ancient equipment and no cardio. The furniture in the room is uncomfortable. The air conditioning in the hotel needs servicing - leaking all night and the floor is always somewhat wet. The hotel is not at all as advertised.
We enjoyed the roof top pool.
The bed was comfortable.
The gym equipement is outdated. Pieces were falling off the equipement. Some didnt work at all.
I asked for a quiet room, we were placed in front of the elevators.
The walls dont have any sound insulation. We could hear peoples full conversations way past 11 pm when we were trying to sleep. Ear plugs are a must.
For the price of the night in this hotel, the building is outdated, the exterior is litteraly falling appart.

If on my first night, my room toilet and shower had not overflowed with water with feces which flooded the front of the room rug going into the front door. We could not shower or use the toilet. They did nothing to fix it. An entire section of the third floor was flooded with sewer water. They had a mayor sewer problem. That morning, I left and was given a full refund. Staff at the front desk did not give the full informatin and were downplaying the situation. I will never stay at ALoft again. Worst experience in all my years of travelling.

The hotel has a lot of offer however we couldn't enjoy it because we were busy trying to leave given that the sewer was backed up and flooded the floor with feces water. Fun.
The hotel was disgusting. The weather was nice so there was no environmental reason for the sewer to be backed up. When we asked for a new room, they didn't have any. When we requested a refund (after being there for only 6 hours) they instead tried to give us a new room. We will never be staying at an Aloft ever.

Me encantó la comodidad del cuarto, la comida del restaurante, el desayuno y las diferentes áreas de ofrecimiento.
El olor de las alfombras a humedad es bastante fuerte. Al salir del ascensor en los pisos de habitaciones es donde se percibe. La dicha del baño regula en temperatura pero no en intensidad.
In Ponce, PR excellent stay for the entire family. Employees were very kind and attentive, activities for the whole family, enjoyed two of the restaurants on site and the prices were great. Recommended, will stay again!

estoy acostumbrada a bajar sin tarjeta ni dinero por temor a que se me pierda y a su vez que lo carguen a la habitacion y eso alternativa no estaba disponible.
