La variación del desayuno es muy bueno pero el tiempo que está allí no lo es pues aunque tiene para mantener caliente no funciona muy bien. Y creo que la piscina de arriba debe ser exclusiva para adultos. 🙏🥰 lo demás excelente y ser amadores de mascotas excelente 🙏.

Needs better upkeep.
Pros:

Nice atmosphere. But the facilities were in need of better upkeep and maintenance. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the bathroom si k was clogged. A longer stay would have been unbearable.

Disappointed with the A-Loft Ponce
Pros:

Well first; the front desk too small if trying to attend a lot of people in the middle of the hall, breakfast not so good, in occasion very noisy due to a lot of activities going on like graduations parties, birthdays, in and out of people I did not see security staff.
Rooms needs "maintenance", like the bathrooms. We just went to sleep and spent the whole day out of the hotel.
Just hope the new Marriott currently building, up the hill in downtown Ponce, will be a better alternative to stay. We as a couple, first and last. For families with kids I will say good.

Less than satisfactory
Pros:

I travel quite often for both work and leisure and stay in hotels often with the majority of my stays (roughly 75 night +/year) at a Bonvoy hotel.

Our experience at this Aloft was less than satisfactory. The room was in less than satisfactory condition; rust, stains and dirt on the interior and exterior of the window. The parking structure is under construction-which is fine- however, due to the hotel being at capacity they had us park on the top level which did not feel safe.

The air conditioning was over powering and we asked that someone come help us turn it down because it was locked. No one came

We cut our stay short and went to stay at another hotel. When I told the front desk that we would be leaving early to find another hotel they did not appear to be surprised and simply thanked me for letting them know. They did not inquire on what could be done or ask for additional information.

We would not stay at this Aloft in the future.
