This place is just amazing. Just go there.
I think the only problem here is the neighborhood... if you know what i mean ;)
An extraordinary hotel with an energy and atmosphere like no other. Incredible kind hard working staff who go way out of their way for you. I really can not recommend this hotel enough. Truly the most exceptional hotel in the world for many reasons.
This was our second time staying at The Walled Off Hotel in Bethlehem and this time during the Christmas day - it was absolutely phenomenal! The service is impeccable at every level — from the moment you arrive, the staff provides full support and all the explanations you need. The hotel is spotless. We stayed in the same suite, which is beautiful, signed by a local artist, and incredibly comfortable.
Breakfast is delicious, featuring shakshuka, hummus, falafel, fresh pita bread, chocolate croissants, sesame sweets, cheese, jam, as well as fresh juice, coffee, and tea. We even bought the mug they served the coffee in!
The atmosphere is fantastic, with Banksy’s artwork throughout the hotel, a piano bar, art gallery, and a museum. Every detail makes the stay unforgettable. Truly a one-of-a-kind experience — if I could give 10 stars, I would!
We liked everything about the hotel. Superb location with a close up view of the separation wall, professional and friendly staff, elegantly decorated rooms and spaces, plenty of artwork that mesmerizes you, and in-house access to the museum and gallery.
Everything was superb. Just note that there is no elevator.
I love everything
Nothing
I loved everything about this place,it was an incredible experience. The owner was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was the best I've ever had. Thank you so much, I will surely come back!
the worst but impressive view, very nice staff, one of the best museums in West Bank, everything is unbelievable
Everyone, listen up. Staying at the Walled Off Hotel is a profound and magical experience. Not only are you immersed in art and the Palestinian culture but the people who run it couldn’t be nicer or more interested in your comfort and well being. Between Covid and the war they have endured 5 years of disruption. I literally had the place to myself. I will be back and I urge anyone travelling to this area to not miss this chance. It is not just a hotel. It is an experience like no other. Safety is not even a question. I would be safer walking at midnight in Bethlehem than I would in NYC by a mile. Go. 😊✅🙌🏻☝️
Everything
Absolutely loved my stay! The concept is powerful — full of art, history, and meaning. As a Palestinian, the experience moved me deeply. The staff were incredibly kind, the atmosphere unique and inspiring, and the room very comfortable. A truly special place in Bethlehem!
Absolutely incredible stay. Staff are dedicated to your wellbeing and enjoyment. This was as much an eye opening and informative stay, as it was luxurious , beautiful and relaxing.
The unlimited breakfast is cooked to perfection. I cannot believe it was included in the bed price. Dinner is very reasonable considering too. The museum... Wow!
If you ever get the chance to visit bethlehem, you would seriously be missing out not to stay here. And I say this having stayed in the cheap accessible room...
Literally absolutely nothing. I can't fault it. The worst thing is that I didn't stay another day.
When we arrived, the warm welcome we received was unlike any other. The staff was incredibly friendly and promptly escorted us to our room. They provided us with detailed explanations, ensuring our stay got off to a great start.
What was particularly surprising was the affordability of everything on the premises, which was unexpected given the room prices. The museums and gallery added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay.
Unfortunately, our visit coincided with a period of conflict, but the staff continued to look after us, ensuring our safety and well-being. Despite the challenging circumstances, I still wholeheartedly recommend visiting this hotel. It’s a testament to the fact that you don’t need to fear visiting Bethlehem even in the current situation.
I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future. A special thanks to Bisher and Marouan for their exceptional service.
The walls around it 😉
Everything about the hotel is unique, in a very positive way. The artwork and hotel's design is an obvious stand out Which we connected to straight away. But this hotel goes way beyond that, the staff are wonderful and made us feel really welcome. The room we stayed in was really comfortable and incredibly designed. But the important thing is the message that this hotel represents. We look forward to staying here again.
Just a minor suggestion and that is that the hotel could develop a slightly bigger food menu.
Friendly staff. The room is good and spacious.
Friendly personal, very cool interior fittings
For what this property’s purpose is the experience is worth much more than the cost of admission. Banksy’s art and influence in the design gives you a glimpse into to the life and struggles of the Palestinian people. The on-site Museum and art gallery are an added bonus. You can easily spend and hour in the Museum alone. Highly recommended. You owe yourself this delicious treat.
The breakfast was incredible (and HUGE). I found the whole trip exceptionally educational, and they set me up with a fab tour guide Marwan who took me along the wall. The museum really opened my eyes too. A must see if you, like me, went to discover more about the wall!
Nothing- apart from the fact there’s a big wall…
The staff was warm and welcoming, the facilities were comfortable and clean and the art was an added benefit. Definitely a great experience
No elevator or handrails on the steps.
