Every thing was perfect, the rooms, the service, the staff, the food. We really enjoyed our time❤️thanks for everything
Everything was perfect
The staff is amazing, very helpful and welcoming. location is very good and parking very spacious.
Reserved 2 rooms, one of the rooms was truely dirty and dusty, unfortunately reception was off work so couldn't change rooms.
The rooms are not soundproof, there was a lot of moaning going on all night.
Assaraya Palace Hotel is an ideal choice! The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. It has a strategic location near Jerusalem, the Church of the Nativity, the Wall, and the Banksy Museum. It’s also close to supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, and transportation. Best of all, the prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for an exceptional stay!
Friendly staff, convenient location for me
All good
I stayed 30 days it was a great experience, Being From The USA. I was more than just a stay.. They treated me like family. Give It 5 👍🏾 up! Thanks ED
Nothing!
I'm so saddened to say that the staff wasn't true to her word
When we arrived at the hotel, my wife realized that she forgot to bring her credit card she used when booking and paying the hotel through booking.com last February 2023. Consequently, Laurin, the front desk staff asked her to use another card, and will be fully refunded a day after. Everyday, my wife asked her the refund, never happened. It has been closed to two weeks now, still my wife hasn't received the refund. I'd appreciate it if booking.com can help us on this. Please ask Assaraya to send the refund immediately. She paid the hotel in February 2023 through booking.com, and May 2023 when we arrived using another card. It was a double payment.
Breakfast and the staff are very cute and helpful and sweet. Breakfast was huge and fresh and yummy and tasty. The coffee was fresh and tasty.
The treatment of staff is very good. The hotel is very clean and modren . I hope to visit you in future
We had a room with a really great view!! The room was spacious and the owner was super friendly and welcoming. The room was well equipped also with a fridge, a kettle and some cups and plates. We could use the AC to heat up the room in the evening which was nice.
Excellent Room condition, staff was very helpful and friendly.
Our day guide Dana was very helpful and informative. Day was well spent with her in Bethlehem. She has taken us to Church of Nativity, Milk Grotto, and local shops.
Ede the owner was very friendly and helped to arrange our trips.
We have booked for breakfast as well. It would be nice to have different variety for breakfast. Having same breakfast daily was bit boring.
Nothing
Staff were unhelpful, almost verging on being rude. Wrong information given about the trains to the airport. None of the staff smiled, or looked at me when talking. They were either starting at the computer or their mobile phones. The impression they gave was,"oh well now that you are here we will deal with you but you are interfering with our important work".
