De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. De kamers zijn zeer ruim. Mooi uitzicht.
Het hotel is verouderd. Verouderd sanitair. Douche met gordijn. Bad kon je niet vullen, gezien de afsluitdop veel te klein was en het water dus wegliep. De deur van de kamer sloot niet goed af. De handdoeken waren pas 1u na check-in beschikbaar, ze waren nog in de droogkast en wanneer we ze kregen waren ze nog klamp. Het toilet bleef druppelen.
Hotel bem localizado, perto da vila de Monchique. Fomos bastante bem recebidos pela recepcionista, muito simpática e sempre pronta a ajudar. Quarto com cama enorme e confortável, grande varanda com uma vista deslumbrante sobre a serra e alcançando o mar. O miradouro da Fóia que fica a 10 minutos do hotel merece uma visita e tem uma vista incrível, tal como a vila de Monchique.
Gostámos da decoração do hotel, mas ainda tem algumas remodelações a fazer.
Wunderschöne Landschaft und sehr nette Mitarbeitende, das Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr geräumig, großer Balkon mit super Aussicht!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zeer schone kamers. Rustig hotel met mooi uitzicht.
Er was slechts 1 verbeterpuntje. Het ontbijt start pas om 8u30. Voor ons was dat wat te laat. Ook wat meer werken met lokale producten zou alles nog beter maken.

The hotel is nicely located on the side of the hill, above the city. the view from the rooms are really nice, and the rooms are spaceous. the hotel is old, but has a charming 70s vibe.
overall, there isn't much to complain about. the breakfast could have been better, with fresher food... but it did the trick. the staff was very helpful. when i was there, it was very empty, and a bit neglected, which makes sense, since i was travelling out of season. i assume, in high season, the hotel is better looked after.
