Não ficamos no alojamento de tão mau que foi. Fomos para uma unidade hoteleira de verdade.

Das instalações, do pessoal, dos problemas com AC, TV, hospitalidade péssima. Nada, nada de bom ali.

Agradável e confortável
Pros:

O Steve (recepcionista) foi muito amável e atencioso desde do inicio, a nossa estadia foi muito tranquila.
O Pequena almoço foi servido com cuidado. A decoração e o design interior do hotel criaram um ambiente acolhedor e confortável.
Voltaremos com melhor tempo, para desfrutar plenamente do hotel e da vista.

Cons:

Infelizmente, devido ao mau tempo, não havia muitas opções de lazer dentro do hotel, pois apenas existe piscina exterior.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in herrlicher Bergluft mit wunderschöner Aussicht

wunderschöne Aussicht, die grüne Umgebung, Einrichtung d. Hotels, Freundlichkeit d. Mitarbeiter,
zum Frühstück (kein Büffet) gab es frischgepresste Säfte , vielen Dank für alles Steve,

In der Nähe gibt es 2 Restaurants die fußläufig zu erreichen sind, Besuch ist zu empfehlen.

It’s a beautiful property and Steve the representative went above and beyond

Cons:

Had to request firewood and fire, starters and kindling for a room that had a fireplace that should come equipped. It was a lot of work for the staff to try and pull that together in the moment and it is cold in that room again your staff represented the property with great professionalism and attempting to respond in the moment

O Steve é um funcionário que faz a experiência ser excelente, faz recepção, fez todos os pequenos almoços individuais para cada hóspede, e esteve à nossa espera fizemos late check in. Sempre de sorrisso na cara e uma grande disponibilidade. Poderia bem ser um director de hotel.

Arrivé de nuit par la route de montagne ( venant de Lisbonne) , par grosse pluie et brouillard, j'étais content que l'hôte m'attende pour tout m'expliquer...avec la petite bouteille de vin. Déjeuner avec oeufs sur mesure, super décor (plusieurs salons, fauteuils, balcon), superbe vue le matin suivant avec gros soleil.

Cons:

En janvier dans les montagnes, il fait froid. Probablement parce que l'hotel était presque vide, ma chambre était glaciale. Ça a pris plusieurs heures au chauffage avant de réchauffer tout ça. Heureusement, il y avait 2 grosses couvertures de laine. Au réveil tout était parfait
