Cons:

Le personnel incapable après 9 jours de relance par téléphone et 4 mais de bien vouloir me produire une simple FACTURE de mon séjour, se revoyant la balle entre 3 personnes. Comportement non professionnel et détestable.

Pros:

Extremely friendly and responsive staff both in the lobby, entrance and restaurant. The location was great -- right next to the metro and pretty much walking distance to any hotspots in Doha.

Cons:

There seemed to be some missing amenities like toiletries and personal care kits. The entire floor was carpeted so it seemed slightly unhygienic to not have any slippers provided as well.
