I had an excellent experience with the hotel itself: the rooms are spacious, the services are very good, and the staff is incredibly friendly. However, I was disappointed by the location. Although it claims to be on the beach, access is quite difficult because the beach area has been modified. It takes a long walk to actually reach the water, and the hotel lacks direct beach access. Furthermore, reaching the main entertainment areas requires quite a walk, and nearby amenities are limited to just a supermarket and one restaurant. The surroundings felt rather isolated

It was close to the beach, overall clean, parking was available. The hotel staff were polite.

I booked this triple room thinking that it comes with a double bed and a sofa bed ( this is the option i chose when booking- 1 double bed + one sofa bed) I was later confirmed that they give such a room based on availability and we were offered instead a double bed and a twin bed option. It was not possible for the hotel to upgrade so for a family of 4 this was an uncomfortable stay . The staff offered a baby bed for my 3 year old but we did not use it as it came with no mattress, so it was uncomfortable for her to sleep in it.
I was suggested to upgrade the room and pay extra fee but for the same price i would have chosen another place to stay.
We had to ask for a hair dryer, wi fi password was not provided so i guess you’d have to ask for it, there is no microwave.

Totul a fost foarte plăcut, camera curată, bine dotată, personalul foarte amabil, locația excelentă, aproape de magazine, de centru, de plajă, excelentă alegere, recomand cu multă căldură, se vede efortul proprietarilor de a asigura calitate maximă! Felicitări pentru confortul asigurat oaspeților și promptitudinea cu care ați răspuns fiecărei solicitări în plus cerută!
Nu a fost nimic care să ne deranjeze, a fost totul perfect!

Everything was very clean, and the location is great since it is so close to the beach. It was also very convenient to have the hotel's own parking available.
Hotelul este aproape de mare și camerele sunt modernizate. Este aer condiționat și TV funcționale în toate camerele. Se face curat constant.
Băile nu sunt renovate și atunci pot apărea mici probleme. Dar apa are presiune f bună.
Personalul excelent.
Nu are balcon .
Dușul cu perdea langa WC .

Висока ціна за надані умови. Картинки в букінг не зовсім відповідають реальності, що зовні, що всередині. Малесенький номер. Постіль була з пʼятнами, але нам поміняли за запитом. Рушники деякі також пора замінити. Не вистачало рушників для пляжу. Паркувати машину вимушені були на дорозі, тому що не вистачило паркових мість коло готелю. В душі потрібно бути обережними, тому що вода стікає мимо шторки, можна впасти. З туалетних зручностей тільки мило. Капців одноразових також немає. Погана шумоізоляція. З 5 ранку на вулиці деякий персонал гучно себе вів, тим самим будить відвідувачів.
