Felicitări personalului hotelului dar nu și celor din restaurant.

Referitor la camera a fost totul ok.

Cons:

Noapte se auzea permanent un zgomot cred ca de la centrala iar serviciile din restaurant au fost dezamăgitoare.Micul dejun servit de la 8.30 pot sa spun ca la 8.45 platourile erau goale mesele erau necurățate resturile celor dinainte nu au fost adunate.Trist nu ca s-a terminat mâncarea și greu au adus încă ceva fff trist ca resturile erau pe mese.

Hotel specializat in baza de tratament și ca odihnă într-un cadru de poveste din munți
Pros:

Felicitări pentru calitate/conditii/cost. Situat langa șosea (fără insa sa perturbe liniștea din camera dacă închizi geamurile), camera e confortabila, cu frigider, saltea comodă, perne moi. De pe balcon se vede o panorama splendida și mirosul florilor de castani. Sauna uscată este excepțională, iar bazinul cu apă termală. Personalul amabil, în special doamnele de la sala de mese. În apropiere sunt multe parcuri îngrijite, restaurante și izvoare cu apă termală. Totul e frumos! Vă mulțumim!

A fost bine, dacă nu erau temperaturile atât de ridicate ar fi fost foarte bine!
Pros:

Micul dejun, bun, personalul amabil, dornic să te ajute.
Lifturile functionau bine nu trebuia sa astepti mult, hotelul curat.

Nu au aer conditionat. Baia foarte mica.
