O minivacanță de 8 Martie confortabilă și plăcută
Pros:

Locația, personalul de o amabilitate extraordinară, camera f.mare, cu balcon și vedere la oras, piscina, faptul că are restaurant și sala fitness.

Cons:

Hotelul nu are dotări adaptate persoanelor cu handicap locomotor. Treptele de la intrarea principală, din stradă, nu sunt prevazute cu balustrada. Deși are lift, accesul din stradă se face pe la sala fitness, care este de obicei încuiată, iar pentru a ajunge la recepție și lift esți obligat să urci un etaj pe trepte nu foarte comode. Noi am folosit liftul până la nivelul -1 doar prin amabilitatea recepționerilor, care coborau să descuie ușa. Accesul la restaurant se face doar pe scări, ai de urcat un nivel inalt, ceea ce pentru mine, care nu mă pot deplasa decât cu ajutorul unui baston, este foarte dificil. Am apelat la serviciul de room service, personalul a fost mai mult decât amabil, dar să mananci in cameră este foarte incomod. Mâncarea este bine gătită, dar meniul este cam saracacios. Cu toate că suntem în postul Paștelui, nu există meniu de post. Micul dejun este bun, dar monoton. Am stat 3 zile și am mâncat zilnic exact aceleași feluri. Cu toate că există în meniu, nu se pot servi sucuri fresh, nici contra cost. Camera in care am fost cazata nu are aer condiționat. Deși camera este matrimonială, pe balcon nu există decât un scaun, nu doua. Piscina nu este dotată cu șezlonguri.

Curățenie, cald în tot hotelul, piscina curată și cu apa calda, sauna disponibila pe tot parcursul programului, chiar și luni când nu mai erau mulți turiști în hotel.

Cons:

La micul dejun lipseau fructele, erau doar felii de măr și lipsea un iaurt bun, un ceai verde...
În rest micul dejun era diversificat și bun.

Pros:

В целом всё хорошо. Мы были второй раз и после ремонта стало лучше. Обслуживание и блюда в ресторане и на завтраке качественные. Отель расположен в центре, близко к источникам, ресторанам и лыжной трассе.

Cons:

Очень плохой Wi-Fi на 4 этаже. Персонал вежливо обещал исправить, но так и ничего не было сделано.
