Use of the spa/wellness center is limited to 1 hour per person, per day (corresponding to each night of stay).
Access to the pool/spa/wellness center/fitness center is by reservation only and is subject to availability.
There is an additional charge to use the spa/wellness center:
Adult: RON 40, per hour
Child (aged 4–16 years): RON 20, per hour
Additional conditions:
All hotel guests have complimentary 1-hour access per day (per night of stay) to Aqua Mirage + Fitness, regardless of package purchased (accommodations, meals, spa), upon reservation at Spa Reception.
Aqua Mirage zone includes the following facilities: indoor pool, wet sauna, dry sauna, cervical waterfalls, jacuzzi, cyclonic showers and hydromassage loungers.
Children aged 4–16 staying at the hotel have complimentary 1-hour pool access per day for each night of stay during dedicated children's hours: 12:00–14:00 and, subject to availability, 17:00–18:00, upon reservation at Spa Reception.
Children under 4 years are not permitted access to the pool for safety reasons.
Additional hours beyond the complimentary 1 hour are subject to availability and charged at the rates above.
A deposit may be required at the property.

J'ai aimé le confort de la chambre,du restaurant avec un petit déjeuner gratuit ,en plus délicieux et divers.J’aime beaucoup la piscine/spa avec du l’eau chauffante.Je prise trois heures de plus parce que j’aime beaucoup nager .Perssonel d'hotel était très agréable…

Near to the beach. Good massages which can be booked easily. Parking available. Comfortable room.
1 hour cap to pool/sauna use is disapointing. This should be at least 90mins/2hrs. Smokey in the corridors and rooms. A non-smoking policy would be much better.
The gym needs an update and much better air-conditioning
Вкусный разнообразный завтрак и ужин. Чистота и комфорт в номере. Чистота в ресторане и в отеле в целом. Превзошел ожидания басейн с гидромасажным оборудованием. Дружелюбный и приветливый персонал. Разнообразные процедуры.
Было-бы не плохо иметь в номере бутылки с питьевой водой, кофеварку или электрочайник. Уделить внимание качеству работы лифта.
Revenim cu placere in aceasta locatie. Camerele sunt spatioase, curate, patul este confortabil. Zona de SPA este ideala pentru relaxare la malul marii. Personalul de la restaurant de nota 10.
De data aceasta am avut camera la etajul 4, iar liftul ne-a dat emotii de cateva ori. Daca se urcau mai mult de doua persoane nu reuseam sa ajungem fara emotii la etaj ...
mic dejun corect, facilitati SPA foarte bune, doamnele de la curatenie foarte amabile.
Faptul ca nu am putut opta clar pentru camera cu vedere la mare din momentul rezervarii, (facuta cu mult timp inainte) In momentul sosirii, la receptie mi s-a spus ca ar fi trebuit sa mentionez asta catre hotel ca cerere suplimentara, dar si asa, daca in momentul sosirii camerele cu vedere la mare ar fi fost ocupate, acest lucru nu ar fi fost posibil (??!!). Le sugerez sa faca distinctia dintre camere in momentul rezervarii, altfel, data viitoare nu voi mai risca o cazare la fel. Apoi am mai prelungit sejurul cu o zi, am platit, in ziua respectiva nu am putut reintra in camera (card blocat automat) intrucit "colega" de la receptie uitase sa urmeze o procedura simpla.
