Personal primitor atât de la recepție cât și cei de la restaurant și cei ce au grijă de hotel, curățenie exemplară în tot hotelul, loc de joaca pt copii un mare plus, spațiul ce tine de spa foarte bine întreținut ☺️iar mâncare am testa mai multe feluri și toate au fost gustoase🙏vom reveni cu drag și recomandam cu înceredere🙏☺️

A kilátás nagyon szép a szobákból.
Pros:

A reggeli bőséges, változatos volt.

Cons:

A három pincérnő képzetlen, semmilyen idegen nyelven nem beszélt, így nem is kaptunk segítséget az étel kiválasztasában (csak román nyelvű étlap volt)
Káosz volt a kiszolgálásnál, nem volt sok vendég még sem tudták ki mit rendelt. A később érkező vendégeket hamarabb kiszolgálták.
Az itallapot 30 perc várakozás után kaptuk meg, a főételhez nem kaptunk köretet, fűszereket. Az aperitifet az ebéd végére hozták ki.
