Pros:

Micul dejun si cina au fost bune si accesibile la pret.
-piscina frumoasa ca si aspect

Cons:

-Caldura excesiva in camera si cu caloriferul oprit,
-camera foarte mica si cu geam deasupra, ce lasa lumina sa patrunda si sa iti tulbure somnul
- pat si perne foarte inconfortabile
- apa de la piscina a fost cam rece
-jacuzzi nefunctional
- distanta cam mare de la Hanul cu ursi pana la cladirea principala
- defectiuni frecvente la cartela de acces, ce necesitau deplasarea pana la cladirea principala, la receptie, de mai multe ori

Pros:

Потрясающее место для отдыха в горах! Чистый воздух, невероятные виды и атмосфера настоящего спокойствия. Отель расположен среди красивых горных пейзажей, где утром открывается вид на вершины и леса — идеальное место, чтобы перезагрузиться.
Особенно понравилась зона SPA с бассейном, сауной и джакузи — после прогулок по горам это настоящее удовольствие и полное расслабление. 
Отдельно хочется отметить ресторан: очень вкусная кухня, большие порции и уютная атмосфера. Здесь можно попробовать как традиционные блюда, так и международную кухню. 
Персонал приветливый, территория ухоженная, а вокруг — горы и тишина. Это именно то место, куда хочется возвращаться снова.
Однозначно рекомендую тем, кто хочет совместить горы, комфорт, вкусную еду и отдых для души. 🌿

Pros:

The location is superb, the view is fantastic and the facilities are pretty okay

Cons:

Crowded during the weekends, the restaurant staff was overwhelmed. Also, the rooms could use some maintenance (bathroom door was broken and some other furniture items were damaged)

Ok…dar se putea mult mai bine! Față de alte dăți în care am fost cazați aici…serviciile lasă de dorit!

Camera a fost spațioasă și de asemenea, curată!

Cons:

Apă de la duș cam rece…cu greu reușești să ți faci un duș “cald” pe timp de iarnă…
La fel și apa din piscină și jacuzzi, rece…
Mâncarea este Intr adevăr gustoasă, dar durează foarte mult să fie servită comanda…pentru o porție de papanași am așteptat o oră

Recomand, noua ne-a placut mult, in inima padurii si totusi aproape de oras
Pros:

Locatia este superba, o oaza de liniste, chiar merita a petrece un sejur aici pentru relaxare, este destul de aproape si de centrul orasului Sinaia, ne-a placut mult. Mentionez ca am stat cazati in Han si camerele desi erau mici si constructia din lemn (se auzea cand ieseau din camera vecinii) f primitoare si chiar ok.

Cons:

Mic dejun nu prea a fost variat, destul de slabut, insa gustos si parea ca personalul este insuficient, timpii de asteptare la restaurant destul de mari, insa mancarea delicioasa, a meritat😬

New refurbished hotel with potential

Cons:

Everything else. Staff Is a disaster. Even though the facilities are amazing and exist, you cannot use because of bad maintenance and incompetent staff.
We stayed for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned, bed sheets not changed, towels not changed
Water in the swimming pool was cold
Jacuzzi with cold water
One day we did not have hot water in the room.
Breakfast is poor and basic
Concussion: overrated and we overpaid
