Absolutely perfect
Pros:

I love this hotel. Very good balance quality- money. The spa is amazing, best view, very clean, with 2 saunas, hamam and swimming pool. The traditional food from the restaurant was very good. My favourite is the bulz and the apple strudel.

Hotel und Spa etc. Top
Preise für Essen, Getränke absolut akzeptabel
und Qualität war sehr gut.
Personal war super

Cons:

Das Zimmer im Gasthof ca. 200m entfernt ist gut aber kein Vergleich zu den Hotelzimmern im Hauptgebäude.
Dafür deutlich günstiger.

A hotel in the mountains accessible only by car
Pros:

The view of the mountains was beautiful, that's the only plus.

Cons:

The location is rather odd. The only way to get there from the city is by taxi or car. It's in the mountains, but you can't hike there because the surrounding area is closed. The spa wasn't very good; the two sauna rooms and jakuzi were cold. The water in the swimming pool was cold. The only good thing was the outdoor hot tub. Breakfast was a la carte: eggs or scrambled eggs, and that's it. The room was tiny, two people could barely pass each other

We were treated like royalty as we were one of very few guests as we stayed out of season. Shame we only had one night
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very helpful

Cons:

It would have been nice to have had a kettle or coffee machine in the room but we appreciated the flask of hot water we were given.
Bathroom was quite small given the lovely spacious bedroom and balcony overlooking the mountains

In primul rand camera..f mica fara spatiu de miscare,televizor f mic si vechi,baia intr-o stare de degradare vizibila(suporturi prosop desprinse din perete,cabina de dus ff urata si veche,chedere usa cadita galbene,dusul curge in toate directiile,miros intepator provenind de la scurgerea baii,intrerupatoare lumina f vechi,colac wc plin de rugina,noptiere vizibil ciobite si vechi..lista e mai lunga...).

Pros:

Facilitățile precum: piscina interioară, bowling, masa de tenis, mic dejun. Mancarea a fost proaspătă si variata

Cons:

Anumite lucruri din camera ar trebui schimbate pentru ca sunt galbene (cum at fi colacul de la WC care avea inclusiv pete)

Ne așteptăm la ceva mai bun
Pros:

Camera era frumoasă și spațioasă, doar unde era patul. Jacuzzi nu funcționa, ceea ce era știut de personal. Apa curată la piscina, saunele(umeda și uscată) f bune. Curățenia. Peisajul de la balcon, mirific. Ciubărul mirific, doar că trebuia să programezi și să plătești. Micul dejun ok, trebuia mai diversificat. Prea puține produse.

Cons:

Baia era mică și inconfortabila. Nu era dotată cu feon, halatele erau rupte și fără cordon. Preturile nu erau cele din meniu. Am făcut sesizare și mi se a spus că nu sunt actualizate in meniu, dar se văd în calculator. Ceea ce e inconvenabil pentru cei care poate au un buget limitat, (nu mă refer la noi.) Apă la piscina era rece.
